Դատապարտյալին վաղաժամ ազատելու դիմաց 26 հազար դոլար է պահանջել

Երեւան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ եւ Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ պաշտոնյայի կողմից խարդախությամբ գումար հափշտակելու փաստի առթիվ:
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից՝ Ռոբերտ Մովսիսյանը մինչ 2010 թվականի օգոստոսի 19-ը զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական վարչության օպերատիվ բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետի, իսկ 2010 թվականի օգոստոսի 19-ից հետո նույն վարչության անվտանգության ապահովման բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետի պաշտոնները Կոշ ՔԿՀ-ում:
Վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա դատապարտյալ Ն. Թորոսյանին պատժից պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատման հարցը լուծելու պատրվակով, վերջինիս ծնողների վստահությունը չարաշահելով խաբեությամբ մաս-մաս ստացել է ինը միլիոն 492 հազար 565 դրամին համարժեք 26.500 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար եւ որեւէ գործողություն չձեռնարկելով՝ խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է նշված գումարը:
Նախկին պաշտոնյան մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի երրորդ մասի առաջին կետով (խարդախություն): Այն է՝ պատժվում է չորսից ութ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկմամբ ՝ գույքի բռնագրավմամբ կամ առանց դրա:
Նա ստորագրությամբ ազատ է արձակվել:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
