Փորձագետները ԵՄ-ից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալն աղետ չեն համարում

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալը Եվրամիության համար աղետ չի լինի, բայց դա կարող է ունենալ քաղաքական այնպիսի հետևանքներ, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել ճգնաժամի: Այս մասին նշեց քաղաքագետ Նարեկ Գալստյանը:
«Խոսքը այսպես կոչված դոմինոյի և ձնագնդի էֆեկտի մասին է: Երբ Մեծ Բրիտանիան իսկապես դուրս գա Եվրոպական Միությունից, և այն երկրներում, որտեղ ԵՄ-ի նկատմամբ հանրային դժգոհությունները մեծ են ու այնտեղ որոշեն հետևել բրիտանական օրինակին, ապա իսկապես Եվրամիության ներսում կսկսվի ճգնաժամ, որը հաղթահարելը կլինի չափազանց բարդ: Առայժմ դուրս գալը վերջնական որոշված չէ, քանի որ հանրաքվեի արդյունքները պարտադիր բնույթ չունեն»,-ասաց Նարեկ Գալստյանն` ընդգծելով, որ ինքնին Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալը աղետի չի հանգեցնի ոչ Եվրամիության, ոչ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի համար:
Նրա խոսքով, Մեծ Բրիտանիան ԵՄ-ի համար ունի բավական փոխշահավետ համագործակցության մի տարբերակ: Այն է` Ազատ առևտրի եվրոպական ասոցիացիայի անդամակցության շրջանակում ԵՄ-ի հետ կնքի հատուկ պայմանագիր ու մնա Եվրոպական միության ընդհանուր շուկայում՝ առանց անդամակցելու ԵՄ-ին: Կամ էլ ընտրի Շվեյցարիայի տարբերակը և առանձին, անհատական պայմանագրի միջոցով համագործակցի ԵՄ-ի հետ ու օգտվի Եվրոպական շուկայից:
Տնտեսագետ Թաթուլ Մանասերյանի կարծիքով, այն ինչ անում է Մեծ Բրիտանիան, դրանով օրինականացնում է փաստացի առկա գործընթացները: Նրա խոսքով, ասել, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան խորը ինտեգրված է Եվրամիությունում, արմատապես սխալ է:
«Մեծ Բրիտանիան հակված է եղել ԱՄՆ-ի հետ ծավալել ավելի սերտ ռազմավարական դաշնակցային գործընթաց և գրեթե ամեն բնագավառում իր առանձին դիրքորոշումն է ունեցել, որը բնավ համահունչ չի եղել ԵՄ-ի հետ: Օրինակները բազմաթիվ են, շենգենյան գոտուն չի միացել, միասնական արժույթը չի ընդունել` պահպանելով ֆունտ սթեռլինգի դիրքերը և այլն: Իհարկե, ֆինանսական շուկայում, արժեթղթերի շուկայում տիրող խառնաշփոթը հասկանալի է, չէր կարող անհաղորդ մնալ այդ գործընթացից, բայց կարծում եմ, որ դա ժամանակավոր բնույթ կկրի»,-ասաց Թաթուլ Մանասերյանն` ընդգծելով, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիային էլ որևէ բան չի կարող լինել, այն հզոր կայսրություն է և տնտեսական առումով պահպանում է իր դիրքերը: Նա ֆունտի ու եվրոյի, ինչպես նաև հումքի գների անկումը ժամանակավոր է համարում, և դա չի էլ կապում միայն այս իրողությունների հետ: Ըստ նրա` կան այլ խորքային երևույթներ, եվրոյի ու դոլարի միջև մրցակցությունը լինելու է մշտապես:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանին, ապա տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ Հայաստանի համար որևէ արգելք չկա, մեր երկիրը շարունակում է զարգացնել հարաբերությունները թե Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, թե Եվրամիության, թե Եվրամիության առանձին երկրների հետ:
«Պարզապես արտաքին քաղաքական առումով պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ լինելով ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը, նոր իրողությունները ստիպում են, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան ավելի կոնկրետ, հստակ դիրքորոշում որդեգրի, հատկապես երբ սրվում է պայքարը դոլարի և եվրոյի միջև»,-հավելեց նա:
