1. Ընդմիջում տուր

«Սկավառակը փոխելու» համար անհրաժեշտ է վերջ տալ անելու այն, ինչը ձեր կյանքում բացասական հույզեր է առաջացնում: Գոնե մի որոշ ժամանակով անջատվել դրանից եւ ներքին վերբեռնում կատարել: Մեր կյանքի խելագար ռիթմում դա լիովին անհրաժեշտ է:  

2. Ջուր խմիր եւ հանգստացիր

Զգում եք, որ աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում սկսում եք «արգելակվե՞լ»:  Դադար տվեք եւ մի բաժակ ջուր խմեք (հենց ջուր, ոչ թե սուրճ): Շատ հաճախ մենք ծարավ չենք զգում, մինչդեռ մեր ուղեղը հուսահատ կերպով ջրի կարիք ունի: Հենց ծարավն է դառնում մեր ուղեղի անարդյունավետության պատճառը: Լրացրեք օրգանիզմի հեղուկի պահուստը եւ երկրորդ շնչառություն կստանաք: 

3. Փոխեք քնելու տեղը

Եթե հնարավորություն ունեք, փոխեք այն տեղը, որտեղ քնում եք: Շատ հաճախ անհարմար քնելու վայրը, բազմոցը կամ բարձերը ձեզ թույլ չեն տալիս լիարժեքորեն հանգստանալ: Առավոտյան մենք միեւնույն է` մեզ հոգնած եւ ջարդված ենք զգում: Դա նշանակում է, որ անհրաժեշտ է լրջորեն հոգ տանել գիշերային հարմարավետությանը: 

4. Ցնցուղ ընդունեք

Ջուրը լիցքաթափում է աշխատանքային ծանր օրվանից հետո եւ լիցքավորում է նոր օրվա սկզբին: Հիշեք, խոտաբույսերով տաք լոգանքը ձեզ կօգնի հանել սթրեսը, մարմինը նախապատրաստել հանգստի: Իսկ առավոտյան սառը ցնցուղը լիցքավորում է մկանները եւ արթնացնում ուղեղի ակտիվությունը: 

5. Ճիշտ սնվեք

Ձեր սննդակարգը վերանայեք առողջ սննդի օգտին: Իհարկե, երբ մենք վատ ենք զգում, ուզում ենք համեղ որեւէ բան ուտել:  «Դատարկ ածխաջրերով» հագեցումը արյան մեջ շաքարի կտրուկ աճ է խթանում: Մենք բավարարություն ենք զգում, բայց այդ զգացողությունը շատ արագ անցնում է: Դրան փոխարինելու է գալիս քաշի ավելցուկը, հոգնածությունը եւ ապատիան:   Տհաճ բոնուս են արտաքին փոփոխությունները, որոնք ձեզ կվշտացնեն: Այդ պատճառով նախապատվությունը տվեք առողջ միջանկյալ սննդին: Դա կարող են լինել թարմ մրգերը, ընկույզը, թեփուկներով թխվածքը: Շաքարը փոխարինեք մեղրով: Աղը` համեմունքներով: Գազավորված ըմպելիքը` կանաչ եւ խոտաբույսային թեյով: Շատ շուտով դուք թեթեւություն կզգաք` ինչպես ֆիզիկական, այնպես էլ` հոգեւոր:
