Շվեյցարիայի խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահի համոզմամբ` պետք է օգտագործել ԵՄ կազմից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալու պատմական պահը

Շվեյցարիայի խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահ, Շվեյցարիա-Հայաստան խորհրդարանական խմբի համանախագահ Դոմինիկ դը Բյումանը կարծում է, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի` ԵՄ կազմից դուրս գալը հիրավի կարեւոր պատմական պահ է:

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ Եվրոպայի այժմյան մոդելը արդեն անցյալում է: Չեմ կարող այժմ մի այլ բան պատկերացնել, քան այդ մոդելի հիմնական փոփոխությունը:  Նույնիսկ եթե Շվեյցարիայի համար դժվար էր ակնկալել Բրիտանիայի այս քայլը, քանի որ դա իրավական մի շարք հարցերի հետ է կապված, կարծում եմ` հենց շվեյցարական մոդելն է,  որ պետք է լինի շահաբեր, եւ ժամանակը հենց Շվեյցարիայի օգտին պետք է աշխատի: Շվեյցարիան Եվրոպայի համար է, իսկական Դաշնային Եվրոպայի, որը հարգում է ժողովրդակավարական սկզբունքները, սակայն  ստիպել այս եվրոպական մոդելը ընդունել չհաջողվե ց, մանավանդ որովհետեւ ոչ արտաքին, ոչ էլ ռազմական քաղաքականություն չկար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Շվեյցարիայի խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահը:

Նրա խոսքով` այժմ այս պահը պետք է օգտագործել:

«Ես բնականաբար գոհ չեմ եղածից, սակայն մենք պետք է սա պարզապես  օգտագործենք, որպեսզի երկարատեւ տեսլականում ավելի ամուր մոդել կարողանանք կառուցել, եւ Շվեյցարիան կարող է նպաստել այս գործընթացին: Ես ոչ մեկին դատապարտել չեմ ուզում` ասելով, որ այժմյան մոդելը պատկանում է անցյալին, բոլոր եվրոպական երկրների մեջ այս անհանգտությունը կա, իսկ փախստականների այս հոսքերը բոլորովին փոխեցին մեր հնարավորությունները»,- ընդգծեց Դոմինիկ դը Բյումանը:

Հունիսի 23-ին Եվրամիության անդամակցության վերաբերյալ Մեծ Բրիտանիայում կայացած հանրաքվեում հաղթեցին Եվրամիությունից դուրս գալու կողմնակիցները: Ինչպես վկայում են վերջնական արդյունքները, որոնք հրապարակվել են բոլոր 382 ընտրական տարածքների քվեաթերթիկների տվյալների ամփոփման արդյունքներով, բրիտանացիների 52 տոկոսը (17,41 միլիոն մարդ) քվեարկել Է ԵՄ-ին Միացյալ Թագավորության անդամակցության դադարեցման օգտին, 48 տոկոսը (16,14 միլիոն մարդ) հանդես Է եկել եվրաինտեգրացման շարունակման օգտին:

1992 թվականին Շվեյցարիայում կայացած հանրաքվեի ընթացքում երկիրը որոշեց դուրս գալ ԵՄ կազմից, սակայն ինչը վավերացվեց միայն վերջերս` 2016 թվականի հունիսի 16-ին, երբ Շվեյցարիան պաշտոնապես չեղարկեց ԵՄ-ի կազմ մտնելուհայտը: Շվեյցարիան-Եվրամիություն համագործակցությունը հիմնված է մի շարք երկկողմ համաձայնագրերի վրա: Այժմ այնԵվրամիության 4-րդ ամենախոշոր առեւտրային գործընկերն է:
