Գարեգին Բ-ի և Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկոս Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Արամ Ա-ի, և Տանն Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկե հայոց Պատրիարք երջանկահիշատակ Ն.Ե.Ներսես Պետրոս XIX-ի հետ միասին, ներկա գտնվեցիք հանդիսավոր արարողությանը։ Այդ առիթով հիշատակվեց Մեծ Եղեռնի 100-րդ տարելիցը, որը հարվածեց ձեր ժողովրդին և որը անչափ անհամար զոհեր պատճառեց։ Այդ ողբերգությունը, ցավոք, գլխավորեց անցյալ դարի անմարդկային աղետների տխուր ցուցակը, որոնք իրականացվեցին ցեղապաշտական, գաղափարախոսական և կրոնական մոլորեցնող շարժառիթներով և որոնք մթագնեցին մարդասպանների միտքը, ովքեր նպատակադրվեցին ոչնչացնելու մինչև իսկ ամբողջ ժողովուրդներ։
