Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպումների ինտենսիվացումն ուղղված է վիեննական պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչելուն

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի նախաձեռնությամբ Սարգսյան-Ալիև առաջիկա հանդիպումը սկիզբ է դնելու հանդիպումների հետագա ինտենսիվացմանը: Հունիսի 24-ին ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արտակ Դավթյանը լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ խոսել է Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպման մասին:«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ԱԺ պատգամավորը ասել է, որ վերջին հանդիպումը սպասված էր, իսկ հաջորդ հանդիպումը եւս չի ո ւշանա:
«Անհրաժեշտ էր, որ կողմերը մեկ անգամ ևս հանդիպեին՝ մեկ անգամ ևս հավաստելու,որ հավատարիմ են Վիեննայի հանդիպումների պայմանավորվածություններին»,-
Պատգամավորը կարևորեց այն հանգամանքը, որ ՌԴ արտգործնախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Նովրուզ Մամեդովին հորդորել է անբարեխիղճ ձևով չմեկնաբանել սանկտպետերբուրգյան հանդիպումը:
«Հստակ է, որ Նովրուզ Մամեդովի հայտարարությունը ներքին սպառման համար էր, սեփական մկանները ցույց տալու միջոց»,- նշեց Արտակ Դավթյանը:
Արտակ Դավթյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի նախաձեռնությամբ Սարգսյան-Ալիև առաջիկա հանդիպումը սկիզբ է դնելու հանդիպումների ինտենսիվացմանը: «Այդ հանդիպումներն, ըստ էության, ուղղված են լինելու վիեննական պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչելուն: Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախին, ապա Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը մի օր անպայման դառնալու է բանակցային կողմ»,- ասաց նա:
Արտակ Դավթյանը խոսեց նաև Ղարաբաղը բանակցությունների սեղան վերադարձնելու մասին:
«Որպեսզի Ղարաբաղը մասնակցի, կոնֆլիկտի մյուս կողմը՝ Ադրբեջանը նույնպես պետք է համաձայն լինի: Հայկական կողմը ասել է, որ այս ձևաչափը ժամանակավոր է, չի կարող հանգուցալուծում լինի՝ առանց ԼՂՀ մասնակցության: Ղարաբաղի՝ բանակցությունների սեղանից դուրս մնալը Ադրբեջանի շանտաժի հետեւանքով է եղե»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:
