ՕՊԷՔ-ը 18 տարվա ընթացքում առաջին անգամ բյուջեի միագումար պակասուրդ Է արձանագրել

Նավթ արտահանող երկրների կազմակերպության անդամները 2015 թվականին նավթի գների անկման ֆոնին բյուջեների միագումար պակասուրդ են արձանագրել գրեթե 100 միլիարդ դոլարի չափով՝ մեկ տարի առաջվա 238,1 միլիարդ դոլարի հավելուրդի դիմաց: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, գրել Է The Wall Street Journal-ը՝ վկայա կոչելով կազմակերպության տարեկան հաշվետվությունը:
Պակասուրդը գրանցվում Է 1998 թվականից ի վեր առաջին անգամ, երբ Ասիայում ֆինանսական ճգնաժամի եւ շուկայի բաժնի համար Իրանի եւ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի միջեւ մրցակցության պատճառով նավթի գներն ընկան բարելի դիմաց մինչեւ տասը դոլար:
Հաջորդ տասնամյակում գները վերականգնվեցին, եւ 2008 թվականի ճգնաժամի ընթացքում կտրուկ, բայց ոչ երկարատեւ անկումից հետո, 2014 թվականի ամռանը գնանշումները հասան մեկ բարելի դիմաց 115 դոլարի: Դրանից հետո գները մոտավորապես 60 տոկոսով ընկան պահանջարկի եւ առաջարկի հավասարակշռախախտման պատճառով:
Դրա հետեւանքով անցյալ տարի ՕՊԷՔ-ի երկրների եկամուտները նվազեցին 45,8 տոկոսով՝ մինչեւ 518,2 միլիարդ դոլար՝ նվազագույնը 2005 թվականից ի վեր:
Նավթի գների փլուզումից ամենից շատ տուժել Է Վենեսուելան, որտեղ, Համաշխարհային բանկի տվյալներով՝ անցյալ տարի բյուջեի պակասուրդը կազմել Է համախառն ներքին արդյունքի 20 տոկոսը, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:
