Ծիրանաչիրը շատ համեղ է, օգտակար և առողջարար։ Այն պարունակում է կալցիում, կալիում, ֆոսֆոր, վիտամին A, C, երկաթ։ Ծիրանի մեջ առկա մագնեզիումը նվազեցնում է սթրեսը և կարգավորում է մարսողությունը։ Վիտամին B-ն, մյուս կողմից, ամրացնում է նյարդերը։
Այս պտուղը հիասքանչ է այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր ունեն բարձր խոլեստերին։ Ծիրանաչիրն ուտելիս պետք է շատ ծամել՝ այդպիսով խթանելով մարսողությունը։ Այն պաշտպանում է սիրտը և մաքրում է արյունը։

- 200 գրամ ծիրանաչիր
- 100 գրամ սալորաչիր
- 100 գրամ ընկույզ
- 2 թեյի գդալ մեղր։
Պատրաստման եղանակը
Ծիրանաչիրը, սալորաչիրը և ընկույզը աղալ, ապա ավելացնել մեղրը և լավ խառնել։ Խառնուրդը լցնել ապակե տարայի մեջ և դնել սառնարանում։
Օգտագործման եղանակը
Այս հրաշք և համեղ խառնուրդից պետք է ուտել օրական 1 թեյի գդալ՝ նախաճաշից առաջ, և 1 թեյի գդալ՝ քնելուց առաջ։
Ուշադրություն․Այն չի կարելի չափից շատ ուտել, քանի որ կարող է առաջացնել փորկապություն։ Այս բաղադրատոմսը չի կարելի նաև 1 տարեկանից փոքր երեխաներին։
