«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ ԱԺ ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Մուշեղ Պետոյանը մտադիր է առաջադրվել Արթիկի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում: Մամուլն արդեն գրել էր, որ Մուշեղ Պետոյանը Անապայում բիզնես ունի եւ տարվա մեջ ամենաերկար ժամանակն անցկացնում է հենց Անապայում: Նույնիսկ վերջերս, երբ ՀՀ վարչապետը այցելել էր Շիրակի մարզ, Պետոյանը հատուկ նրան հանդիպելու համար Շիրակ էր վերադարձել ու կրկին մեկնել:
Եւ այս համատեքստում արթիկցիների շրջանում տարակուսանք կա այն մասին, որ նա քաղաքապետ դառնալուց հետո եւս կարող է իր վաստակած գումարները տանել դուրս, ավելի կոնկրետ՝ Անապա՝ ներդրումներ անելով այնտեղ:
Ի դեպ, երեկ Արթիկի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցներից մեկը մեզ հայտնեց, որ օրերս Մուշեղ Պետոյանի հայրը՝ Թուրինջ Պետոյանը, որը Արթիկի ավագանու անդամ է, մտել է քաղաքապետարան ու մի քանի աշխատակիցների ասել, որ նրանք այլեւս սեպտեմբերից չեն աշխատելու քաղաքապետարանում: Նա նկատի է ունեցել, որ սեպտեմբերից իր որդին կլինի Արթիկի նոր քաղաքապետը, եւ իրենք են որոշելու՝ ում թողնել աշխատելու, ում՝ ոչ»:
