9 բանկ հանձնել է «քննություն»-ը, մյուսները կանգնած են փակման կամ խոշորացման վտանգի առաջ

2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ին Կենտրոնական բանկը որոշում կայացրեց բանկերի կանոնադրական կապիտալի շեմը 6 անգամ բարձրացնելու մասին: Մինչև հիմա ԿԲ-ի սահմանած շեմը 5 միլիարդ դրամ էր, իսկ 2017թ. հունվարի 1-ից դառնալու է 30 միլիարդ դրամ: 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը սարերի հետևում չէ, և քանի որ մնացել է շուրջ 6 ամիս, ուստի ժամանակն է ամփոփել արդյունքները և պարզել, թե հայկական բանկերից քանիսն են այս պահին հավաքագրել կապիտալի անհրաժեշտ քանակությունը, և այսպես ասած բարեհաջող հանձնել «քննությունը»:
Հայաստանում այսօր կա 21 բանկ, որոնցից հինգը դեռևս 2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ արդեն ունեին կապիտալի բավարար պաշար: Պաշտոնական տվյալներով՝ նշված ժամանակահատվածում ՝ «Ամերիաբանկն» ունի մոտ 41 մլրդ դրամ ընդհանուր կապիտալ, «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան» բանկը՝ 50.1 մլրդ դրամ, «Ակբա Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ բանկը»՝ մոտ 53.4 մլրդ դրամ, «Արդշինինվեստբանկը»՝ մոտ 47 մլրդ դրամ և HSBC բանկը՝ 46.8 մլրդ դրամ: Նշված 5 բանկերը դեռևս նախորդ տարի ունեին կապիտալի ապահովվածության համապատասխան մակարդակ, և այս ենթատեքստում նրանք հանձնել էին իրենց «քննությունը» վաղաժամ:
Բանկերի հաջորդ խմբում ներառված է նախ և առաջ «Ինեկոբանկը»: Վերջինս թեև նախորդ հաշվարկային տարում ուներ մոտ 25.2 մլրդ դրամ ընդհանուր կապիտալ, սակայն վերջերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ նշված բանկին է միանում «Պրոկրեդիտ» բանկը՝ իր շուրջ 7 մլրդ դրամ կապիտալի ծավալով: Արդյունքում՝ միավորած կապիտալի ծավալը գերազանցում է նվազագույն սահմանված չափը: Նույն պատկերն է առաջացել նաև «Հայէկոնոմբանկի» պարագայում, որին առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է միավորել ԲՏԱ բանկը: Նույն կարգավիճակում է նաև «Հայբիզնեսբանկը», որի կապիտալը քիչ էր պակասում նշված սահմանաչափից և որևէ փոքր բանկի միանալու պարագայում կլրացնի պակասը, իսկ այդ ուղղությամբ բանակցություններն ընթացքի մեջ են:
Կապիտալի սահմանաչափը ապահովել է նաև «Մելլաթ» բանկը, որը թերևս իրանական բանկային համակարգի միակ ներկայացուցիչն է և հենց այդ ուղղությամբ էլ համալրել է կապիտալի պաշարները:
Մնացած բանկերն ունեն կես տարի ժամանակ, որ ընտրեն 3 տարբերակներից մեկը՝ հավաքել իրերը և հեռանալ ոլորտից, բանակցել հարևանի հետ՝ միավորելով բիզնեսը, 3-րդը` ներգրավել նոր ֆինանսական միջոցներ և շարունակել գործունեությունը:
Այսպիսով, նշված «քննությունը» այս պահի դրությամբ հանձնել է հայաստանյան 9 բանկ, սակայն միավորման գործընթացը դեռևս առջևում է: Կանխատեսվում է, որ բանկերի միավորման, ինչպես նաև այլ աղբյուրներից կապիտալի ներգրավման արդյունքում գործող 21 բանկից կմնա 15-ը:
