Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ռուսաստանի Մերձավոր Արևելքի ինստիտուտի նախագահ,հայտնի արևելագետ Եվգենի Սատանովսկին Life.ru-ին մեկնաբանելով Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի կողմից Արցախ այցելելու համար "սև ցուցակում" հայտնվելու փաստը հայտարարել է,որ չի անհանգստանում Բաքվի այդ որոշման առչնությամբ..."Այնքան շատ մարդիկ էին ինձ մատնանշում,թե ուր մեկնեմ...Որտե՞ղ են նրանք հիմա...Երբ ցանկանում էի մեկնում էի Գազա,և ինձ համար միևնույն էր Իսրայելի ԱԳՆ-ի կարծիքը...Երբ ցանկանում եմ մեկնում եմ Արևմտյան ափ՝Հուդա և Սամարիա...Դա իմ գործն ու իրավունքն է...Ոչ մի երկրի ոչ մի ԱԳՆ-ը չի կարող ինձ թելադրել՝գնալ կամ չգնալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ"...
Սատանովսկին Բաքվի համար դարձավ "ՍԱՏԱՆԱ" երեկ haqqin.az կայքին տված հարցազրույցից հետո,որտեղ ռուսաստանցի հայտնի արևելագետը ազերի լրագրողի հարցերին պատասխանելիս ասել էր,որ Արցախը ԵՐԲԵՔ Ադրբեջանին չի պատկանի,իսկ այն գրավելու համար Բաքուն պետք է ոչնչացնի այնտեղ բնակվող ողջ բնակչությանը...Այս հարցազրույցից հետո նոր Բաքվում հիշեցին,որ մեկ շաբաթ առաջ Սատանովսկին առանց իրենց թույտվության մեկնել է Արցախ և նրա անունն ընդգրկեցին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի տխրհառչկակ "սև ցուցակում"...Սատանովսկու հարցազրույցին ի պատասխան ալիևյան քաղաքագետներն նրան ՍԱՏԱՆԱ անվանեցին և անցան անձնական վիրավորանքներին...
Համոզված եմ,եթե Ե.Սատանովսկին իր հարցազրույցում ազերիահաճո մտքեր արտահայտեր,ապա այսօր կլիներ Բաքվում՝Իլհամի և Մեհրիբանի հետ թեյ կխմեին,ազերի քաղաքգետների կողմից կհռչակվեր "հրեշտակ" և Բաքվում կմոռանային,որ Սատանովսկին առանց իրենց թույլտվության եղել էր Ստեփանակերտում...
