Word-ի 10 գաղտնիքներ, որոնք կհեշտացնեն աշխատանքդ

Անկախ նրանից՝ աշակերտ ես, ուսանող, թե գրասենյակային աշխատակից, առանց Word-ի մեր օրերում հնարավոր չէ աշխատել։ Ինչևէ, նույնիսկ շատ մարդիկ, ովքեր արդեն տարիներ շարունակ աշխատում են այս ծրագրով, չգիտեն այս օգտակար հնարքների մասին, որոնք անչափ կհեշտացնեն ձեր աշխատանքը։
① Ամսաթիվն արագ տեղադրելու համար օգտագործեք Shift+Alt+D համակցությունը։ Ամսաթիվը տեղադրվում է օր-ամիս-տարի ձևաչափով։ Shift+Alt+T համակցության օգտագործման դեպքում կարող եք միանգամից գրել տվյալ պահի ժամը։
② Եթե պատահականորեն սեղմեք CAPS LOCK-ն ու հավաքեք տեքստը առանց նկատելու, որ ամբողջը մեծատառերով եք գրել, ապա մի շտապեք ջնջել ու նորից հավաքել այն։ Պարզապես նշեք տեքստն ու սեղմեք Shift+F3, և մեծատառերը կփոխարինվեն փոքրատառերով։
③ Տեքստի պարբերություններն արագ նշելու համար սեղմեք Ctrl և ապա նոր փորձեք նշել տեքստը։
④ Դուք կարող եք նշան (watermark) դնել Ձեր փաստաթղթի վրա՝ հավելյալ պաշտպանության համար։ Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է սեղմել «Design» (Дизайн) կոճակը և ընտրել «Watermark» (Подложка): Word-ում 4 ստանդարտ օրինակ կա։ Կարելի է ստեղծել նաև սեփական տարբերակը։
⑤ Միանգամից բացված փաստաթղթի վերևի հատված տեղափոխվելու համար սեղմեքCtrl+Home, իսկ ամենաներքև հասնելու համար՝ Ctrl+End։
⑥ Ctrl + Alt + Delete համակցությունը կանջատի համակարգիչը։
⑦ Նախորդ գործողությունը կրկնելու համար սեղմեք Ctrl+Y։
⑧Արագ «քոփի» անելու համար անհրաժեշտ է սեղմել Ctrl+C, իսկ նշվածը տեղադրելու (փեյսթ) համար օգտագործեք Ctrl+V համակեցությունը։
⑨ Փաստաթուղթը պահելու համար օգտագործեք Ctrl+S։
⑩Տեքստը սկզբնական ֆորմատին բերելու համար անհրաժեշտ է սեղմել Ctrl+Spacebar կոմբինացիան։
