Տավուշի մարզպետարանում ներկայացվեցին մարզում ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ ծրագրի իրականացրած աշխատանքները

 Տավուշի մարզպետարանում կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում հունիսի 21-ին Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնի գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Կարեն Գևորգյանը, Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի և նրա գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների կողմից ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ «Գործընկերություն` հանուն գյուղական համայնքների բարգավաճման» (USAID/PRP) ծրագրի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար Լիլիթ Ափուջանյանը հրավիրված աշխատաժողովի շրջանակում հանդիպեցին Տավուշի մարզպետի տեղակալ Լևոն Սարգսյանի հետ: Հանդիպմանը Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալը և USAID/PRP ծրագրի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատարը ներկայացրեցին Տավուշի մարզում ծրագրի իրականացրած աշխատանքը: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնից:

Լիլիթ Ափուջանյանն ընդհանուր նկարագրեց ծրագրի էությունը և հակիրճ տեղեկացրեց, թե տեղական տնտեսական զարգացման, ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավման, երիտասարդների և կանանց ձեռներեցության խթանման, բնապահպանական և տեղական ապրանքանիշերի առաջմղման ու գյուղական համայնքների զարգացման ինչ նախագծեր են իրականացվել մարզում: Քննարկվեցին մարզում նախատեսվող ապագա ծրագրերն ու միջոցառումները:  

Տավուշի մարզպետի տեղակալ Լևոն Սարգսյանը դրական գնահատեց ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի հրավիրած համաժողովը և նշեց, որ նման միջոցառումներն ավելի են նպաստում մարզի զարգացմանը և ուղենշում են զարգացման հիմնական ուղղությունները:  Տավուշի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի զարգացման ծրագրերի և վերլուծության բաժնի վարիչ Գուրգեն Հարությունյանը բարձր գնահատեց նախաձեռնությունը և շեշտեց, որ կարևոր է այսուհետև շահագրգիռ կողմերի միջև ավելի ակտիվացնել տեղեկատվության փոխանակումը:

Միջոցառմանը մասնակցում էին նաև ներկայացուցիչներ ՄԱԶԾ-ից, ՄԱԱԶԿ-ից, Ագրոբիզնեսի և գյուղի զարգացման կենտրոնից (CARD), ՀՕՖ-ից: Նրանք ներկայացրեցին իրենց կողմից մարզում կատարված և սպասվող  աշխատանքները: Պտղավան, Դիտավան և Դեղձավան Կողբ համայնքների ղեկավարները, ինչպես նաև գործարարները ներկայացրեցին USAID/PRP ծրագրի հետ գործընկերության արդյունքները: Կողբ համայնքի ղեկավար Արամայիս Աբովյանը և Պտղավան համայնքի ղեկավար Արայիկ Պարանյանը գոհունակություն հայտնեցին համայնքներում իրականացված ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավման ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ և նշեցին, որ դրանք արդեն մեծապես նպաստել են համայնքների տնտեսության զարգացմանը, հիմնվել են նոր այգիներ:

Կոթիից գործարար Գուրգեն Աբովյանը նույնպես նշեց, որ ծրագրի և Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի հետ գործակցությունը եղել է արդյունավետ և կառուցողական: 

Ծրագիրը նշված, ինչպես նաև մարզի ևս մի քանի համայնքներում իրականացրել է ենթակառուցվածքների նորոգման և վերակառուցման, ինչպես նաև USAID/PRP ծրագրի մյուս գործընկեր Գեղարքունիքի առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի մասնագետները գնահատել են տեղական տնտեսական զարգացման առաջնայնությունները, որից հետո անցկացվել են Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի կազմակերպած բիզնես դասընթացները:

Հանդիպումը ծառայեց որպես շահագրգիռ և Տավուշի զարգացման նախաձեռնություններ իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների միջև տեղեկության փոխանակման հարթակ, ինչը USAID/PRP ծրագրի հռչակած նպատակներից մեկն է:
