Պետերբուրգյան հանդիպումը` Պուտինն ընդդեմ ԱՄՆ-ի հակամարտության սահմաններում .

Սուրեն Ավդալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Երեկ Պետերբուրգում Պուտինի նախաձեռնությամբ տեղի ունեցավ երկկողմ և եռակողմ հանդիպումներ :
Նախ հանդիպեցին Սարգսյանն ու Պուտինը, իսկ հետո նրանց միացավ Ալիևը :
Միանշանակ այս հանդիպումից որևէ զգալի ձեռքբերման սպասելն ի սկզբանե անիմաստ էր, և արդյունքը հաստատեց դա :
Մոսկվան հանդիսանալով հանդիպման նախաձեռնող կողմ,ուղակի պատասխանւեց Վիենայի հանդիպմանը, այլ հարց է, ուշացած էր այս քայլը, թե ոչ :
Վիենայի հանդիպումն անշուշտ ժամանակին էր, և այն, որ այդ հանդիպումը կազմակերպել էր ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներից ոչ թե Ռուսաստանը, այլ այն երկուսից մեկը` ԱՄՆ-ը, հանգիստ չէր տալիս Ռուսաստանին :
Վիենայում որոշվել էր ստեղծել հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման հետաքննական մեխանիզմներ, և թերևս երկու կողմերը տվել էին իրենց համաձայնությունը :
Ստացվեց այնպես,որ ԱՄՆ-ի նախաձեռնությամբ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ուղված առաջընթաց քայլ եղավ, իս Ռուսաստանը դա չէր հանդուրժելու, քանի որ հանդիսանում է հակամարտության սնուցող և մեկուսացնող:
Պետերբուրգյան հանդիպումից հետո համատեղ հայտարարությունն ուղակի ապացուցեց այդ հանդիպման ինքնանպատակ լինելը :
Միակ նորությունն այն է, որ ստեղծվելու է եռակողմ խումբ : Պարզ է, որ Ռուսաստանն այդ խմբում " մեներգիչի " դեր է կատարելու : Իսկ այդ խումբը բացառապես աննպտակ է, և հետապնդելու է հակամարտությունում ՌԴ-ի դերի բարձրացման շահերը :
Իսկ հայտարարությունն այն մասին որ, " կողմերը վերահաստատել են հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախատման հետախուզման մեխանիզմների ստեղծաման անհրաժեշտությունը ", ցույց է տալիս,որ այս հանդիպումը տողատակային էր, իսկ այդ տողատակերը մերկացրեց ՀՀ-ում Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի ձերբակալությունը :
Այս հանդիպման հետևանքները կարող են տարիներ հետո երևալ, յսակայն հաստատ դրանք անցանկալի են ՀՀ-ի իսկական հայրենասերի համար :
