Քաղաքագետ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը, անդրադառնալով Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած եռակողմ՝ Սարգսյան-Ալիև-Պուտին հանդիպմանը, Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց.
«Նախ՝ եկեք արձանագրենք, որ այս պահին որոշակի հարցերի շուրջ կա համաձայնություն, սակայն դեռ պարզ չէ, թե արդյոք հայտարարությունները գործընթացի կվերածվեն»:
Հաշվի առնելով վերջին 2 տասնամյակում Ադրբեջանի դրսևորած վարքն ու բանակցային գործընթացը հետևողականորեն վիժեցնելու գործելաոճը՝ մեր զրուցակիցն այնքան էլ լավատես չէ: Ինչ վերաբերում է շփման գծում ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդների թվի ավելացման մասին պայմանավորվածությանը, ապա, ըստ Աբրահամյանի, փոխադարձ վստահություն ստեղծելու ճանապարհին սա մի փոքր քայլ առաջ էր, սակայն կարևոր է նաև շփման գծում տեղի ունեցող միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ստեղծումը, որի վերաբերյալ համաձայնություն ձեռք բերվեց Վիեննայում: Քաղաքագետի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանն ամեն կերպ փորձում է շրջանցել այս առաջարկը:
«Եկեք չգերագնահատենք դիտորդների թվի ավելացման հանգամանքը, մանավանդ, որ այդ մասին դեռևս առկա է միայն հայտարարություն, դեռևս դրանք կյանքի կոչելու ուղղությամբ քայլեր չեն ձեռնարկվել»,- հավելեց Տ. Աբրահամյանը:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ըստ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի, այս հանդիպումը հնարավորություն ստեղծեց շարունակել քննարկումները կողմերի միջև վստահություն ստեղծելու առումով, դրական ազդակներ պարունակում էր, սակայն միջնաժամկետ կամ երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով բարդ է միանշանակ գնահատականներ հնչեցնել:
