«Հայկական Վերածնունդը» պահանջում է ազատ արձակել Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին

«Հայկական Վերածնունդ» սփյուռքյան կազմակերպությունն այսօր մի հայտարարություն է տարածել, որով դատապարտում է Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի ապօրինի ձերբակալությունը եւ ռեժիմի կողմից նրա դեմ սանձազերծած զրպարտանքների արշավանքը: Նրանք Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին եւ սփյուռքին կոչ են անում մի կողմ դնել քաղաքական հայացքները եւ բողոքի ձայն բարձրացնել՝ ի զորակցություն ազգային հերոսի:
«Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանն իր անձնուրացությունն ապացուցել է ե´ւ արցախյան պատերազմում իր հերոսական անցյալով, ե´ւ քաղաքական ասպարեզում ապօրինի իշխանություններին ձեռնոց նետելով: Այս անհիմն եւ շինծու ձերբակալությունը Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի կենսագրությունում առաջինը չէ: Նա իր ողջ քաղաքական գործունեության ընթացքում քաջ գիտակցել է, թե ինչի հետ գործ ունի եւ դրանից բխող իր անձի եւ ընդհուպ կյանքի նկատմամբ վտանգները»,- ասված է կազմակերպության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
«Ակնհայտ է, որ ձերբակալության պատճառը Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի վերջին ժամանակաշրջանում ծավալած ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործունեությունն է, մասնավորապես՝ ապրիլյան պատերազմի բացթողումների բացահայտումը, պատերազմի իրական կորուստների բարձրաձայնումը, կորցված տարածքների վերականգնման համար նրա կողմից նախաձեռնված կամավորների հավաքագրումը, ինչպես նաեւ ազգային դիմադրության կոմիտե ստեղծելու նախաձեռնությունը», - նշված է այնտեղ:
Ինչպես իրենք են հայտնում, Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի վերոհիշյալ նախաձեռնություններn ունեցել են եւ ունեն մեկ նպատակ՝ ժողովրդի կողմից վերահսկողություն սահմանել ապօրինի իշխանությունների գործողությունների վրա եւ նրանց թույլ չտալ Հայաստանի շահերին հակասող որոշումներ կայացնել: «Ռեժիմին ուղղված նրա համարձակ եւ կտրուկ քննադատական խոսքը, ինչպես նաեւ փաստարկներով հիմնավորված պետական դավաճանության մեղադրանքները բավականին անհարմար վիճակում էին դրել ռազմաքաղաքական վերնախավին: Այս ամենը, բնականաբար, ռեժիմի համար ստեղծում էր ներքին եւ արտաքին խնդիրներ՝ թույլ չտալով, որ այն ազատ գործի եւ արտաքին գործարքներ կնքի: Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի ձերբակալությունն այդ խոչընդոտը վերացնելու փորձ է եւ հերթական քաղաքական հալածանքը»,- գրված է հայտարարության մեջ:
Այն, որ ռեժիմը ձերբակալության օրը ընտրեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ Ռուսաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հետ հանդիպման օրը, իրենց համար պատահականություն չէ եւ պարունակում է միաժամանակ երկու ուղերձ: «Առաջին ուղերձը՝ երկրի ներսում, որ հասարակությանը չի թուլատրվում մասնակցել երկրի ճակատագրի համար կարեւոր որոշումներին, եւ երկրորդ ուղերձը՝ արտաքին աշխարհին՝ ցույց տալով, որ ռեժիմը լիակատար տիրապետում է ներքաղաքական իրավիճակին, եւ տարածքային զիջումների հնարավոր գործարքներին խոչընդոտներ չեն լինելու»,- հայտնում են նրանք:
