Պետական առողջապահական գործակալության երկու պաշտոնյաների պաշտոնավարումը ժամանակավոր դադարեցվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում քննիչը հունիսի 20-ին որոշումներ է կայացրել` մեղադրյալներ, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության աշխատակազմի Պետական առողջապահական գործակալության պետ Սարո Ծատուրյանի և գործակալության Երևանի քաղաքային կենտրոնի պետ Արսեն Սեդրակյանի պաշտոնավարումը ժամանակավոր դադարեցնելու մասին: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Պետական առողջապահական գործակալության պետ Սարո Ծատուրյանին, գործակալության Երևանի քաղաքային կենտրոնի պետ Արսեն Սեդրակյանին և գործակալության բժշկական ծառայությունների գնման և տեղեկատվական բաժնի նախկին պետ Սամվել Խարազյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրե նսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է ծանր հետևանքներ)։ Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին։
ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության աշխատակիցների կողմից 2012-2014թթ. առողջարանային կեղծ ուղեգրեր պատրաստելու և իրացնելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում շարունակվում է։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով»:
