Ինչպե՞ս խնամել մաշկը, որպեսզի այն լինի իդեալական, դիմահարդարումն էլ` երկար պահպանվի

Մեր ժամանակներում աղջիկներն ու կանայք ունեն բոլոր հնարավորությունները` լավ մաշկ ունենալու համար: newmag-ը ներկայացնում է մաշկի խնամքի գլխավոր կանոնները:
Մաշկի չորությունը, թեփոտությունը կամ չափից դուրս ճարպոտությունը, ինչպես նաև տոնային կրեմի նկատելի լինելը, արագ անցնող դիմահարդարումը նշաններ են, որոնք հուշում են` մաշկը խնամում եք ոչ պարբերաբար ու սխալ:
Տոնային քսուքն այն մաշկի վրա է լավ նստում, որը նման է մետաքսի: Ամեն մի մաշկ չէ մետաքսի պես հարթ, բայց ամեն մի մաշկ կարելի է վերականգնել: Մաշկի խնամքը պարզ է, ինչպես փորի մկանների համար նախատեսված վարժությունները: Պետք է ամեն օր մաշկը մաքրել, բարձրացնել տոնուսը, խոնավեցնել:
1. Մաքրում
Ցավոք, հաճախ ենք մոռանում սրա մասին: Վատագույն դեպքում, դեմքը լվանում ենք ջրով, օճառով կամ մարմնի գելով: Լավագույն դեպքում, գնում ենք մաքրող միջոցներ, բայց ոչ միշտ ենք դրանց տալիս նշանակություն:
Ինչո՞ւ են մաշկին պետք մաքրող միջոցներ
Այն ոչ միայն մաքրում է դիմահարդարումը, այլ նաև մաքրում է մաշկի յուղային հատվածները, որոնք արտադրվում են 24 ժամ: Մաքրող միջոցով լվացվելը պետք է հատկապես առավոտյան: Եթե չօգտվեք մաքրող միջոցներից, մաշկը շուտով կսկսի հիշեցնել ափսե, որը լվանում են առանց աման լվանալու հեղուկով: Մաշկի մաքրությունն ազդում է նաև դիմահարդարման վրա: Եթե դիմահարդարումն արվում է չմաքրված դեմքի վրա, մաշկի ճարպը մի քանի ժամում կմաքրի ամեն ինչ:
Ինչպե՞ս ընտրել մաքրող միջոց
Գլխավոր կանոնը, որպեսզի չզգաք մաշկի ձգվելը: Պետք է զգաք նույնը, ինչ ջրով լվացվելիս եք զգում:
2. Բարձրացնել տոնուսը
Տոնիկը դեմքից մաքրում է ջրի ու մաքրող միջոցի հետքերը: Սա այն միջոցն է, որը թվում է անիմաստ, բայց, օգտագործելով կզգաք դրական փոփոխություններ: Տոնիկները լինում են հավելյալ խոնավեցնող, ամրացնում են ծակոտիների պատերը: Գլխավորը, որը այն չպարունակի սպիրտ: Բացառություն է, եթե սպիրտային տոնիկ նշանակում է մաշկաբանը:
3. Խոնավեցում
Այն պետք է նույնիսկ ճարպոտ մաշկին: Խոնավեցնող միջոցը նույնպես հարմար պետք է լինի, չոր մաշկը պետք է արագ խոնավեցնի, իսկ ճարպոտի դեպքում` չծանրաբեռնի: Ընտրել խոնավեցնող միջոց պետք է ըստ տեկստուրայի: Ճարպոտ մաշկին պետք են թեթև խոնավեցնող միջոցները, որոնք ունեն փայլող էֆեկտ:
