Ադրբեջանը զորավարժությունների մասին ԵԱՀԿ տեղեկատվական ցանցով համապատասխան ծանուցում չի իրականացրել. ՀՀ ՊՆ

 Ադրբեջանի կողմից ԵԱՀԿ տեղեկատվական ցանցով երկրում անցկացվող խոշորածավալ զորավարժության անցկացման մասին մինչ այս պահը  ծանուցում չի կատարվել Վիեննայի 2011թ. փաստաթղթի մասնակից երկրներին: Այս մասին ասված է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:

«Համաձայն Վիեննայի 2011թ. փաստաթղթի 5-րդ գլխի 40.1.1 ենթակետի զորավարժությունները ենթակա են հայտարարման եթե ընդգրկված են` 1. ամենաքիչը 9000 մարդ, ներառյալ աջակցող զորքերը, կամ, 2. ամենաքիչը 250 մարտական տանկեր, կամ, 3. ամենաքիչը 500 մարտական զրահապատ մեքենաներ, կամ, 4. ամենաքիչը 250 ինքնագնաց և հետագլոր (քարշարկվող) հրետանային միջոցներ, ականանետեր և ռեակտիվ համազարկային միջոցներ (100 մմ և ավել): Վիեննայի 2011թ. Փաստաթղթի արդիականացման վերաբերյալ քննարկումների ժամանակ երկրները համաձայնության են եկել հայտարարել այն զորավարժությունը, որը ոչ թե առաստաղն երով է սահմանված, այլ համարվում է խոշորագույնը (առաստաղներն այստեղ չեն գործում), որովհետև ներկայումս խոշորագույն զորավարժություն իրականացնող երկրները հազվագյուտ են: Միաժամանակ, համաձայն Վիեննայի 2011թ. փաստաթղթի VII մասի 66-րդ կետի պահանջների, եթե հաշվետու տարում նախապես հայտարարված զորավարժությունից բացի մասնակից երկիրը պլանավորել է իրականացնել ծավալներով ավելի մեծ զորավարժություն, ապա պարտավոր է հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում և սահմանված կարգով այդ մասին ծանուցել մասնակից բոլոր երկրներին: Տեղեկացնում եմ, որ ԱՀ-ն ՎՓ-11-ի շրջանակներում տրվող տարեկան տեղեկատվությաբ ս.թ. հունիսի 17-ից 24-ը Նախիջևանում զորամասերի կառավարման մարմինների մասնակցությամբ անցկացվելիք օպերատիվ-մարտավարական զորավարժության վերաբերյալ չի ծանուցել մասնակից երկրներին: Նման դեպքերում, համաձայն վերը նշված կետի, պետությունը պարտավոր է այդ մասին ծանուցել հնարավորինս անհապաղ, սակայն ԵԱՀԿ տեղեկատվական ցանցով զորավարժության անցկացման մասին ԱՀ կողմից մինչ այժմ ծանուցում չի կատարվել»,- ասված է ՀՀ ՊՆ հայտարարության մեջ:
