Շատերս ենք հասկանում, որ  որոշ մթերքներ վնասակար են առողջության համար և հարկավոր է հրաժարվել այդ մթերքների օգտագործումից, սակայն իրականում դա կատարելն ավելի դժվար է:

fithacker.ru-ն  ներկայացրել է օրգանիզմի մաքրման  1- 3 օրյա  մեթոդ, որը  կօգնի ազատվել  վնասակար սննդից:

1.    Օրգանիզմի մաքրման պրոցեսը սկսելուց 2 օր առաջ սննդակարգից հանեք բոլոր  կաթնամթերքները: Նրանք շատ դանդաղ են յուրացվում օրգանիզմի կողմից և կարող են  խառնվել դետոքսիկացիայի պրոցեսին:  Մինչ թոքերի մաքրման պրոցեսի սկսելը, հարկավոր է  օրգանիզմը մաքրել   բոլոր տեսակի տոքսիններից:

2.    Մինչ մաքրման պրոցեսի 1-ին օրվա սկսելը, երեկոյան,  քնելուց առաջ,   խմեք 1 բաժակ խոտաբույսերով թուլացնող թեյ: Դա կօգնի ազատվել  աղիներում գտնվող ցանկացած տեսակի   տոքսիններից, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել փորկապության:

3.    Նախաճաշից առաջ խմեք   2 հատ կիտրոնի հյութի ու ջրի մեկ բաժակ խոռնուրդ: Այդ կերպ կկարողանաք պատրաստել  օրգանիզմը  հզոր ալկալային մթերքների մարսմանը, որոնք կօգնեն ձեր թոքերին    վերականգնվել:

4.    Նախաճաշի ընթացքում խմեք 1.5 բաժակ թուրինջի հյութ: Կարող եք այն նաև փոխարինել արքայախնձորի հյութով: Այդ հյութերը պարունակում են  բնական հակաօքսիդնտներ, որոնք  նպաստում են շնչառական համակարգի առողջացմանը:

5.    Նախաճաշի ու ճաշի մինջև ընկած ժամանակահատվածում խմեք 1-1.5 բաժակ մաքուր գազարի հյութ: 3-օրյա մաքրման պրոցեսի  ընթացքում  գազարի հյութը կօգին ալկալացնել արյունը: Այդ հյութը շնորհիվ բետա-կարոտինը  օգնում է  մաքրել շնչառական համակարգը:

6.    Ճաշելուց 1 ժամ առաջ խմեք  1 բաժակ  մասուրի, կոճապղպեղի ու անանուխի մաքրող թեյ:

7.    Քնելուց առաջ խմեք  340 մլ  մաքուր  լոռամրգի հյութ: Այն օգնում է պայքարել թոքերում առակա բակտերիաների դեմ, որոնք կարող են առաջացնել ինֆեկցիա: Լոռամիրգը շատ հզոր հակաօքսիդանտ է  և նպաստում է արյան ու մեզի առողջությանը:
