Մոսկվայում հունիսի 20-ը սգո օր է հայտարարված Կարելիայում զոհված երեխաների հիշատակին

Մոսկվայի քաղաքագլուխ Սերգեյ Սոբյանինը Սյամոզերոյում երեխաների զոհվելու կապակցությամբ հունիսի 20-ը սգո օր է հայտարարել: Այդ մասին նա գրել է Twitter-ի իր միկրոբլոգում: Նաեւ երկուշաբթի օրը, ի նշան սգո, Կարելիայում կխոնարհվեն պետական դրոշները:

«Զբոսայգի-հյուրանոց Սյամոզերո» մանկական առողջարարական ճամբարի մասնակիցները հունիսի 18-ին նավակներով փոթորկի են ենթարկվել ջրամբարում: Կարելիայի Սյամոզերո լճում տուրիստական խմբի կազմում եղել է 51 մարդ, այդ թվում՝ 4 մեծահասակ: Հետաքննությունը հայտնել է 14 զոհված երեխաների մասին: Նախագահին առընթեր երեխաների իրավունքների լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Պավել Աստախովի տեղեկատվությամբ՝ Կարելիայի լճում հայտնաբերվել են 15 երեխաների մարմիններ, սակայն ավելի ուշ Կարելիայի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Խուդիլայնենը հայտարարել է, որ ներկայում հայտնի է 13 դեռահա սների զոհվելու մասին, եւս մեկ երեխայի որոնումները շարունակվում են:

Տեղի ունեցածի փաստով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել: Հետաքննության շրջանակներում ձերբակալվել է չորս մարդ:

Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հանձնարարել է Հետաքննչական կոմիտեին՝ պարզել Կարելիայում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության պատճառները եւ պատասխանատվության ենթարկել մեղավորներին: Վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդեւը խորը ցավակցություն է հայտնել զոհվածների հարազատներին ու մերձավորներին, ինչպես նաեւ շուտափույթ ապաքինում մաղթել տուժածներին:

Կարելիայի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Խուդիլայնենը խոստացել է տարածաշրջանային բյուջեից մեկական միլիոն ռուբլի վճարել զոհվածների ընտանիքներին: Երեխաները հանգստանալու էին եկել Մոսկվայից: Նրանց մեջ կային որբեր:

Ինչպես հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, Ռուսաստանի արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության ինքնաթիռը Կարելիայում զոհված երեխաների մարմիններով ժամանել է Մոսկվա, որտեղ անցկացվելու է նրանց ճանաչման ընթացակարգը:

Մոսկվայի աշխատանքի եւ բնակչության սոցիալական պաշտպանության դեպարտամենտը հրապարակել է Սյամոզերոյում զոհված 14 երեխաների անունների ու ազգանունների ցուցակը: Զոհված երեխաները 12-13 տարեկան են, զոհվածներից 11-ը տղաներ են, երեքը՝ աղջիկներ:

Սյամոզերո լճում արտակարգ պատահարի հետեւանքով տուժած 12 երեխաներ գտնվում են հիվանդանոցներում: Այդ մասին հայտնել է ՌԴ ԱԻՆ-ի Հյուսիսարեւմտյան տարածաշրջանային կենտրոնի պետ Իգոր Պանինը: Ընդամենը փրկվել է 37 մարդ, այդ թվում՝ 33 երեխա: Նրանց բոլորին տեղափոխել են Պետրոզավոդսկ: «33 երեխաներից 12-ին տեղափոխել են բուժհաստատություններ: Նրանց կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում»,- ասել է Պանինը: Մնացած 21 երեխաները տեղավորվել են կադետական կորպուսում:

«Տուժածներից երկուսը բազմաթիվ վնասվածքներով գտնվում են մանկական հանրապետական հիվանդանոցում: Նրանց վտանգավոր չԷ կյանքի համար»,- ՏԱՍՍ-ին ճշտել է Կարելիայի առողջապահության սոցիալական զարգացման նախարար Երվանդ Խիդիշյանը:
