Վրացական ստարտափի ղեկավարը Հայաստանի բնական հարստությունը հայ ժողովրդին է համարում

Հայաստանի բնական ռեսուրսներն ու հարստությունը մարդիկ են, պետք է մարդկային ռեսուրսները զարգացնել: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այսպես է կարծում «Բարքեմփ Երևան 2016»-ին մասնակցելու համար Հայաստան ժամանած «JumpStart Georgia»-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Էրիկ Բարեթը:
«JumpStart Georgia»-ն շահույթ չհետապնդող կազմակերպություն է, որն առաջարկում է բաց տեխնոլոգիաներ հանրային տվյալների բացահայտման և սոցիալական կարևորության խնդիրների վրա լույս սփռելու նպատակով: Այս կազմակերպությունը բարդ խնդիրները «թարգմանում է» լայն լսարանի համար հասանելի լեզվով` փաստերի վրա հիմնված քննարկումներն ու սոցիալական երևույթների մեջ առավել մեծ ներգրավվածություն ապահովելու ցանկությամբ:
«Երրորդ անգամն է, որ Հայաստանում եմ: Ինձ համար մեծ պատիվ է լինել այս երկրում, ես սիրում եմ Հայաստանը»,-լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Բարեթը: Նրա խոսքով` այն սահմանափակ գիտելիքները, որ ունի Հայաստանի մասին, իրեն թույլ են տվել գալ եզրահանգման, որ Հայաստանի` սահմանափակ բնական ռեսուրսներով երկրի ամենամեծ հարստությունը մարդիկ են: «Դուք պետք է զարգացնեք ձեր մարդկանց, կրթեք նրանց, Հայաստանի բնակչությունն է ամենամեծ ռեսուրսը: Դուք ունեք շատ հրաշալի ժողովուրդ, ովքեր լավ կողմնորոշված են տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում: Այն աշխարհի ապագան է, և Հայաստանը կարող է մեծ դեր ստանձնել այդ հարցում»,-հավելեց հյուրը:
Բարեթի դիտարկմամբ` ՏՏ ոլորտում այն, ինչ անում է Հայաստանը, հիանալի է, բայց արտասահմանում շատերը չգիտեն այդ հնարավորությունների մասին: «Դժբախտաբար, շատ մարդիկ չգիտեն, որ շատ հայտնի ծրագրեր Հայաստանում կամ հայերի կողմից են ստեղծվել: Ես կարծում եմ, որ Հայաստանը շատ պետք է հաղորդակցվի ու իր մասին պատմի աշխարհին»,-հավելեց նա:
Խոսելով իր կողմից ներկայացվող կազմակերպության մասին` Բարեթը տեղեկացրեց, որ ունեն գործընկերներ նաև Հայաստանում: «Մենք հիմնականում աշխատում ենք կազմակերպությունների հետ, որոնք իրականացնում են հետազոտություններ` այդ թվում` հարցումներ, ու կարիք ունեն դա տարածել իրենց լսարանին ավելի արդյունավետ կերպով: Նրանց մեջ է մտնում հանրային սեկտորը, մասնավոր հատվածը, ՀԿ-ները, Think tank-երը, և ակադեմիական ինստիտուտները, որոնք ունեն հետազոտական բաժիններ: Հայաստանից համագործակց ում ենք madia.am-ի, Կովկասյան հետազոտությունների ռեսուրս կենտրոնի (CRRC) հետ»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը:
