Երկուշաբթի
Նախաճաշ՝ վարսակի շիլա մեղրով
Երկրորդ նախաճաշ՝ բանան կամ տանձ
Ճաշ՝ Եփած հավի կրծքամիս և թարմ բանջարեղենային աղցան պատրաստված ձիթապտղի ձեթով:
Կեսօրից հետո կարող եք ուտել անյուղ կաթնաշոռ և նարինջ:
Ընթրիք՝ 1-2 բաժակ անյուղ կեֆիր
Երեքշաբթի
Նախաճաշ՝ հնդկաձավար և թարմ վարունգ
Երկրորդ նախաճաշ՝ 1-2 կանաչ խնձոր
Ճաշ՝ թարմ աղցան պոմիդորներից, բուլղարական պղպեղով,սոխ, վարունգ և այդ ամենը համեմված ձիթապտղի ձեթով և կիտրոնով: Աղցանի հետ միասին կարոց եք ուտել մեկ բաժին եփած հորթի միս:
Կեսօրից հետո կարող եք ուտել մեկ հատ թուրինջ
Ընթրիքին ըմպեք մեկ բաժակ կեֆիր կամ մածուն

Նախաճաշ՝ բրինձ և բանջարեղեն
Երկրորդ նախաճաշ՝ 50 գրամ ընկույզը մանրացնել, խառնել մեղրի հետ և ուտել:
Ճաշ՝ մեկ բաժին հորթի միս կամ այն կարող եք փոխարինել տավարի մսով կամ հավի կրծքամսով
Կեսօրից հետո՝ երկու ձու, և երկու լոլիկ:
Ընթրիքին ցածր յուղայնությամբ մածուն:

Նախաճաշին՝ 150 գրամ մակարոն՝ պանրով կամ կաթնաշոռով:
Երկրորդ նախաճաշին մրգային աղցան՝ մեղրով:
Ճաշին նույնը ինչ չորեքշաբթի:
Կեսօրից հետո՝ 200 գրամ շոգեխաշած ձուկ
Ընթրիքին՝ մեկ բաժակ ցածր յուղայնությամբ կաթ
Ուրբաթ
Նախաճաշ՝ ոլոռով շիլա և շոգեխաշած ձուկ
Երկրորդ նախաճաշ՝ կանաչ թեյ և երկու գդալ մեղր քաղցրավենիքի փոխարեն
Ճաշին կարող եք ուտել երկու բաժին բանջարեղենային աղցան, կարող եք ավելացնել ավոկադո, նարինջ
Կեսօրից հետո 150-200 գրամ եփած հավի կրծքամիս, 2-3 հատ թարմ վարունգ:
Ընթրիքին՝ 2-3 հատ եփած ձու

Նախաճաշ՝ եփած լոբի և բաջարեղեն:
Երկրորդ նախաճաշ՝ մրգային աղցան մեղրով:
Ճաշին նույնը ինչ չորեքշաբթի
Կեսօրից հետո՝ 50-100 գրամ ցածր յուղայնությամբ պանիր: Մեկ բաժակ կանաչ թեյ՝ ոչ քաղցր
Ընթրիք 1-2 բաժակ կեֆիր:

Նախաճաշ՝ բանջարեղենային ռագու և կարտոֆիլ 200 գրամից ոչ ավելի
Երկրորդ նախաճաշ՝ 2-3 խնձոր կամ նարինջ
Ճաշ՝ եփած հորթի միս և թուրինջ
Կեսօրից հետո՝ կաթնաշոռ: Կարող եք ըմպել նաև սուրճ կամ թեյ՝ առանց շաքարավազի:
