Երասխի ողբերգական վթարի դեպքով քրգործ հարուցվեց. մանրամասներ

Երասխում այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 13-ին, վաղ առավոտյան տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական ավտովթարի դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից հայտնում են, որ քրգործը հարուցվել է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (ճանապարհային երթեւեկության եւ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շարագործման կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ):
Նշենք, որ օգոստոսի 13-ին՝ ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում, Եղեգնաձոր-Երեւան ավտոճանապարհի 66-րդ կմ-ի հատվածում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացու վարած «Մակ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան բախվել է 4 տարբեր՝ «Նիսսան Տեանա», «Ֆորդ Տրանզիտ», «Դաֆ» եւ «Մերսեդես Բենց 4141» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներին:
«Մակ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի երկաթյա ցիստեռնը պոկվել է կցորդից, եւ դրանում առկա վառելանյութը թափվել է, որի հետեւանքով հրդեհ է բռնկվել Վահրամ Արզումանյանի վարած «Ֆորդ Տրանզիտ» մակնիշի, ինչպես նաեւ՝ ճանապարհի կողքին կայանված «Տոյոտա յարիս» եւ Երեւան քաղաքի բնակիչ Է.Արզումանյանի վարած «Մերսեդես Բենց 350 » մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներում։
«Ֆորդ Տրանզիտ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ Վահրամ Արզումանյանը տեղում մահացել է, իսկ նրա ուղեւոր Վլ.Արզումանյանը, «Մակ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը, «Նիսսան Տեանա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը, 4 ուղեւորները՝ Հայրապետ Գրիգորյանը, Աննա Բադալյանը, Սուսաննա Բադալյանը, «Տոյոտա յարիս» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի 2 ուղեւորներն ստացել են մարմնական վնասվածքներ եւ տեղափոխվել հիվանդանոց:
Նշենք, որ մահացածը «Մանկական Եվրատեսիլ 2010» երգի մրցույթում հաղթած Վլադիմիր Արզումանյանի հայրն էր:
