Սյունիքի պոչամբարների վնասակարության պատճառով մարզում նկատվում է արտագաղթ

Սյունիքի մարզում շահագործվող պոչամբարների հատակները մեկուսացված չեն, շրջապատը ապականված է պոչանքով: Այս մասին ասվում է «Հարավային ջրավազանային տարածքի կառավարման 2016-2021թթ. միջոցառումների պլանում», հաղորդում է «ԷկոԼուրը»:
Մարզում այս պահին կա գործող 6 պոչամբար` Արծվանիկ, Գեղանուշ, Գեղի, Դարազամ, «Հովիտ 1» եւ «Հովիտ 2»:
«Պոչամբարների անմիջապես տակը գտնվում են հողամասեր եւ այգիներ, որոնց ոռոգումը կատարվում է ծանր մետաղների բարձր պարունակություն ունեցող պոչամբարից զտված ջրերով: Պոչամբարի վնասակարության պատճառով, հողերը կորցնելու կամ դրանցից բավարար բերք չստանալու արդյունքում, նկատվում է շրջակա համայնքերից արտագաղթ: Բացի այդ, անասունները արածում են պոչամբարների շրջակայքում եւ խմում ծանր մետաղներով աղտոտված պոչամբարի ջուրը, ինչի հետեւանքով ռիսկի է ենթարկվում մարդկանց առողջությունը»,- նշված է փաստաթղթում:
Շրջակա միջավայրը թունավորում են նաեւ մարզի ռեկուլտիվացված պոչամբարները: «Դաստակերտի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի ռեկուլտիվացված պոչամբարի մոտ 2,5 հա տարածքը տարիների ընթացքում վերածվել է ակոսների ու խոռոչների, իսկ կենտրոնում բացված եւ օր-օրի մեծացող հսկայական հորից ջրերը լցվում են Կիշկոշտ եւ Այրիգետ գետեր՝ հոսելով դեպի Տոլորսի ջրամբար: «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ին պատկանող Ողջիի գետավազանի Ողջիի, Փխրուտի եւ Դարազամի ռեկուլտիվացված պոչամբարները ժամանակի ընթացքում տեղումների հետեւանքով ակոսացվել են, ինչպես նաեւ տարածքում խողովակաշարեր անցկացնելու արդյունքում պոչամբարների մակերեւույթին առաջացել են առուներ ու փլվածքներ»,- նշված է փաստաթղթում:
Հաշվարկվել է, որ Ողջիի (3 հա) եւ Փխրուտի (18 հա) պոչամբարների քայքայված հատվածների կրկնակի ռեկուլտիվացման համար կպահանջվի համապատասխանաբար 8,4 եւ 50,4 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ, Դաստակերտի պոչամբարի մոտ 2,5 հա տարածքի կրկնակի ռեկուլտիվացման համար՝ 11,75 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ:
