ԱԺ հանձնաժողովների թիվը կարող է փոփոխվել. Ի՞նչ փոփոխությունների կենթարկվի ԱԺ կանոնակարգ օրենքը

Ազգային ժողովի նոր կանոնակարգ օրենքը մինչեւ աշնանային նստաշրջան պատրաստ կլինի: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին ասաց ԱԺ Պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովհաննես Սահակյանը, որը ղեկավարում է օրենքի նախագծի մշակման վրա աշխատող աշխատանքային խումբը:
«Նոր սահմանադրությանը համահունչ պետք է ընդունենք նոր կանոնադրություն: Մինչեւ աշնանային նստաշրջան պետք է հասցնենք ավարտել աշխատանքները, ծանր ու լուրջ աշխատանք է, հուսանք կհասցնենք»,- ասաց Հովհաննես Սահակյանը` նշելով, որ պետք է հանրային քննարկումներ կազմակերպվեն նախագծի շուրջ:
Հովհաննես Սահակյանի խոսքով, կանոնակարգ օրենքը ներկայացնելուց հետո առաջին նիստին կորոշվի նաեւ հանձնաժողովների հարցը, չի բացառվում, որ դրանք փոփոխության ենթարկվեն, այդ թվում թվի առումով:
«Հանձնաժողովների ձեւավորումը, կրճատումը, անվանումը առաջին նիստի ընթացքն է որոշում: Այսօր սահմանված է, որ մինչեւ 12 հանձնաժողով կարող է լինել: Թե քանիսը կլինեն, ինչ անվանումով, կորոշվի»,- ասաց նա:
Հովհաննես Սահակյանը նշեց, որ նոր կանոնակարգով կառաջարկվի նիստերը ժամը 11:00-ից շարունակել մինչեւ ժամը 18:00-ն, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ուրբաթ օրերի նիստերը լինեն ոչ թե արտահերթ, այլ հերթական նիստի օր:
