Հայ-իրանական էլեկտրահաղորդման 3-րդ գծի կառուցման համար իրանական կողմը կտրամադրի 107,9 մլն եվրո գումար

Իրան-Հայաստան 400 կՎ երրորդ գծի և համապատասխան ենթակայանի կառուցման ծրագրի գործնական փուլը՝ շինարարությունը, կսկսվի օգոստոսի երկրորդ կեսից:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ծրագրի իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ 107,9 մլն եվրո գումարը կտրամադրի իրանական կողմը: Օգոսոսի 9-ին Թեհրանու մ Իրանի Արտահանման զարգացման բանկի և ՀՀ ԷԲՊՆ «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի միջև ստորագրվել է ֆիանասական պայմանագիր, որի համաձայն, վերոնշյալ գումարի 77 տոկոսը կտրամադրի Իրանի Արտահանման զարգացման բանկը: Շինարարության համար անհրաժեշտ գումարի 23 տոկոսը կհատկացնի ծրագրի գլխավոր կապալառու «SUNIR» ընկերությունը, որի հետ օգոստոսի 12-ին «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ն ստորագրել է շինարարության պայմանագիր:
Իրանի և Հայաստանի էներգահամակարգերի միջև էլեկտրաէներգիայի փոխանակման հզորություններն ավելացնելու նպատակով, նոր երկշղթա էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի կառուցման համաձայնությունը ձեռք էր բերվել դեռևս 2004 թվականի դեկտեմբերին: 2006 թվականի մայիսին արդեն երկու երկրները ստորագրել էին կառուցման վերաբերյալ փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը: Կազմակերպչական ու նախագծային որոշ աշխատանքներից հետո` 2013 թվականի սկզբին, Իրան-Հայաստան 400կՎ երրորդ էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի շինարարության ֆինանսավորումը կասեցվել էր: Նախորդ տարեվերջին հայկական ոÖ ‚ իրանական կողմերի միջև ակտիվ բանակցությունների արդյունքում որոշվեց վերսկսել ծրագրի ֆինանասավորումը:
Իրան-Հայաստան 400կՎ երկշղթա օդայի գծի` Հայաստանում կառուցվող հատվածի երկարությունը մոտ 279 կմ է: Իրան-Հայաստան 400կՎ երրորդ էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի և «Նորավան» ենթակայանի կառուցումը հնարավորություն կտա երկու երկրների էներգահամակարգերի միջև էլեկտրաէներգիայի փոխանակման հզորությունը 350ՄՎտ-ից հասցնել մինչև 1000ՄՎտ-ի և կբարձրացնի Հայաստանի էներգահամակարգի հարավային և կենտրոնական հատվածների կապի հուսալիությունը, երկու երկրների էներգահամակարգերի զուգահեռ աշխատանքի հուսալիությունը և Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անվտանգութ յան մակարդակը:
«Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Արամ Անանյանի խոսքով, Իրան-Հայաստան 400կՎ 3-րդ գիծը կմեծացնի նաև տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրման հնարավորությունները, այսինքն` Իրանի, Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի, Ռուսաստանի եւ ինչու չէ նաև Թուրքիայի էներգետիկ համակարգերը հնարավորություն կունենան միանալ ու աշխատել զուգահեռ:
Իրան-Հայաստան 400 կՎ երրորդ էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի և համապատասխան ենթակայանի շինարարությունը նախատեվում է ավարտել 24 ամսում:
