Հայ–թուրքական սահմանին Անգոլայի քաղաքացի է ձերբակալվել

Հայաստանում ՌԴ ԱԴԾ Սահմանապահ վարչության աշխատակիցները ձերբակալել են հայ–թուրքական սահմանն ապօրինի հատած Անգոլայի քաղաքացու։

Հայաստանում ՌԴ ԱԴԾ Սահմանապահ վարչության մամուլի ծառայությունից հայտնել են, որ հունիսի 15-ին սահմանախախտը լողալով անցել է Արաքս գետը, հետո հատուկ գիտելիքների շնորհիվ հաղթահարել է ազդանշանային համակարգը եւ մի քանի տասնյակ մետր շարժվել է սահմանի երկայնքով՝ փորձելով քողարկել հետքերը։

Որոշ ժամանակ անց նա փորձել է անցնել ՀՀ տարածքի խորքը։ Տեղաբնակները տեսել են անհայտ անձին եւ օպերատիվ կերպով հայտնել սահմանապահ ուղեկալ։

Դրա շնորհիվ Երվանդաշատ բնակավայրի շրջանում անհայտ անձը Ժողովրդական կամավորական դրուժինայի կազմակերպված գործողությունների արդյունքում ձերբակալվել է եւ հանձնվել ռուս սահմանապահներին։ Նախնական հարցաքննության ժամանակ ձերբակալվածը հայտնել է, որ Անգոլայի քաղաքացի է՝ ծնված 1982-ին։ Ցանկանում էր Հայաստանի տարածքով հասնել Անգոլա (Աֆրիկա մայրցամաք)։

Զննության արդյունքում սահմանախախտի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է ուսապարկ, որում եղել են թաց անձնական իրեր, Ֆրանսիայում փախստականի կարգավիճակը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ եւ բջջային հեռախոս։

Իրավախախտման հանգամանքները պարզելու  համար նպատակով սահմանախախտը մանրամասն ցույց է տվել տեղանքը, թե ինչպես է հաղթահարել ինժեներական պատնեշները։

Նույն օրը՝ ֆիլտրացիոն միջոցառումներից հետո, սահմանախախտին սահմանված կարգով փոխանցել են ՀՀ Կառավարության առընթեր ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցներին, որոնք ստուգում են ձերբակալված քաղաքացու վարկածը։

Հայաստանում ՌԴ ԱԴԾ սահմանապահ վարչությունը հատուկ շնորհակալություն է հայտնում Երվանդաշատ բնակավայրի բնակիչներին, որոնք մասնակցել են սահմանախախտի ձերբակալությանը, զգոնություն են ցուցաբերում եւ ակտիվ մասնակցում են ՀՀ պետական սահմանի պաշտպանությանը։
