«Ընտրական օրենսգիրքն ակնհայտ մեծամասնական բաղադրիչ ունի». «Ժառանգություն»

«Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությունն այսօր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի շուրջ կոնսենսուսի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել: Երեկ երեկոյան Ընտրական օրենսգրքի մի շարք դրույթների վերաբերյալ համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ, ՀՅԴ, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան», «Հայ ազգային կոնգրես» եւ «Օրինաց երկիր» խմբակցությունների միջեւ: «Ժառանգությունը», լինելով «Ընտրական օրենսգրքի» վերաբերյալ նախապես ներկայացված հինգ հայտնի առաջարկների ակտիվ համահեղինակներից մեկը, ինչպես մեր մյուս գործընկերները, հանդես էր եկել դրանց ամբողջական ու անփոփոխ ընդունման օգտին, քանի որ միայն այդ դեպքում կապահովվեր «մեկ ընտրող-մեկ քվեարկություն-արձանագրություններում»,- գրված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Ըստ «Ժառանգության»՝ ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունը չի ապահովում վերոնշյալ շղթայի ամբողջականությունը եւ իրենից ինչ-որ «կիսահնարավորություն» է ներկայացնում. ընտրությունները կա´մ ապահովում են գործընթացի ազատությունը, արդարությունը եւ թափանցիկությունը, կա´մ ոչ, այստեղ «կիսաt» չի կարող լինել: Ըստ վերջինների՝ ներկայացված Ընտրական օրենսգիրքն ակնհայտ մեծամասնական բաղադրիչ ունի եւ հերթական անգամ ծառայելու է ընտրակաշառքի, ահաբեկման, ճնշումների ու ուղղորդումների միջոցով իշխանությունների վերարտադրմանը: «Հաշվի առնելով այս ամենը, «Ժառանգությունը» հայտարարում է, որ կոնսենսուս ձեռք բերված չէ»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ:
