«Ժողովուրդ». ինչո՞ւ է նվազել կաթի մթերման գինը

«Երբ այս տարվա գարնանը հայտնի դարձավ, որ կաթնամթերք արտադրող ձեռնարկությունները իջեցրել են կաթի մթերման գինը, այդպես էլ որևէ մեկը հոդաբաշխ բացատրություն չտվեց, թե ինչպես կարող է կաթնամթերքի գների համընդհանուր թանկացման պայմաններում նման բան տեղի ունենալ։ Այս խորհրդավոր լռությունը, սակայն, շատ պարզ բացատրություն ունի: Այս տարվա սկզբից մեծ քանակությամբ էժան կաթի փոշի է ներկրվել Հայաստան: Կաթնամթերք արտադրող մի քանի խոշոր ձեռնարկությունների հասկացրել են, որ լավ կանեն, եթե այդ կաթի փոշին օգտագործեն: Առաջարկն ինքնին կաթնամթերք արտադրողներին ձեռնտու է եղել, քանի որ շահույթն այդպիսով ավելանում է: Նրանց մի գործոն կարող էր կաշկանդել միայն՝ ինչպես պետք է կաթի փոշուց պատրաստված արտադրանքը ներկայացնեն որպես անարատ կաթից ստացված, «բա որ բռնվեն»:
Ահա, այստեղ է, որ շուկայի «թելադրողները» արտադրողներին տվել են երաշխիքներ, որ նման խնդիր չի առաջանա: Ու երբ մի քանի խոշորներ սկսեցին այդ կաթի փոշին օգտագործել, մյուսները, այդ թվում նաև՝ փոքր արտադրողները, արդեն ինքնակամ սկսեցին նույնն անել, քանի որ հակառակ դեպքում չէին կարողանա մրցակցությանը դիմանալ: Այս ամենի արդյունքն էլ եղավ այն, որ կաթի մթերման գները կտրուկ իջան, և ֆերմերներն այժմ չգիտեն՝ ինչպես անասնակերի խնդիր լուծեն, ինչպես իրենց աշխատողներին աշխատավարձ վճարեն: Գյուղատնտեսական տարին դեռ կես չի եղել, բայց արդեն իսկ տեղեկություններ են ստացվում, որ ֆերմերները ստիպված իրենց անասունների մի մասը մորթում են՝ անհրաժեշտ ծախսերը հոգալու համար: Ահա, ազատ շուկայական հարաբերությունների խաթարման վառ դրսևորում»,–գրում է թերթը։
