Բոլորս էլ քաջատեղյակ ենք ցիտրուսային մրգերի օգտակարության մասին:
Ըստ էության կիտրոնով հյութը նույն լիմոնադն է, պարզապես առանց գազի և շաքարավազի: Ամենից լավը առավոտյան քաղցած ժամանակ կիտրոնով հյութ խմելն է, սակայն օրվա ընթացքում կիտրոնի հյութ խմելը նույնպես օգտակար է:
Կիտրոնով հյութը պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ В, А, С, Р խմբի վիտամիններ, ինչպես նաև երկաթ, ֆոսֆոր, մագնեզիում և ցինկ: Կիտրոնի մեջ պարունակվում է նաև մեծ քանակությամբ կալիում: Հենց դա էլ կարգավորում է ուղեղի և նյարդային համակարգի աշխատանքը:
Կիտրոնով և ջրով պատրաստված հյութը լավ է ազդում աղեստամոքսային տրակտի, ինչպես նաև մարդու այլ օրգանների՝ լյարդի և աղիքների վրա:
Մարսողական համակարգի լավ աշխատանքի համար ամեն առավոտ նախաճաշից կես ժամ առաջ ըմպեք մեկ բաժակ կիտրոնով ջուր: Կիտրոնով հյութը հանում է այրոցը և կանխարգելում է աղիքներում գազերի հավաքվելը:
Այս պարագայում օրգանիզմի վրա ազդում են երկու մթերքներ, կիտրոնը՝ նպաստում է տոքսինների արտանետմանը, իսկ ջուրը այն դուրս է հանում օրգանիզմից:
Կիտրոնով ջուրը օգտակար է սրտանոթային հիվադությունների ժամանակ:
Ամեն օր քաղցած ժամանակ կիտրոնով ջուր ըմպելը կարող է կանխարգելել սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների առաջացումը: Այս ըմպելիքը մաքրում է զարկերակներն ու անոթները, ինչի դյունքում փոքրանում է վերոնշյալ հիվանդությունների առաջացման ռիսկը:

Կիտրոնով ջուրը շատ են օգտագործում մալարիայի և խոլերայի բուժման համար: Անոթները փափկում են և դառնում են ավելի ճկուն, ինչը իր հերթին իջեցնում է արյան ճնշումը: Բացի այդ կիտրոնով հյութը կարգավորում է շաքարի և խոլեստերինի քանակը արյան մեջ:
Կիտրոնով հյութը հանում է տոքսինները օրգանիզմից:
Կիտրոնով ջրի ևս մեկ օգտակար հատկությունն այն է, որ այն հանում է օրգանիզմից տոքսիններն ու վնասակար նյութերը: Արդյունքում կիտրոնով ջրի մշտական օգտագործումը լավացնում է նյութափոխանակությունը, մաքրում է օրգանիզմը և լավացնում ինքնազգացողությունը:
