ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց էներգետիկայի ոլորտի առողջացման վարկային համաձայնագիրը

Խորհրդարանը հաստատեց «էներգետիկայի ոլորտի ֆինանսական առողջացման ծրագիր» վարկային համաձայնագիրը: Համաձայնագրին կողմ քվեարկեց 70, դեմ՝ 32 պատգամավոր:
Համաձայնագրով Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկը Հայաստանին տրամադրվում է 30 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի վարկ: Վարկի մարման ժամկետը 25 տարի է, որից 14.5 տարին՝ արտոնյալ: Մայր գումարի մարումը կատարվում է 2030-2040 թթ. ընթացքում հավասար կիսամյակային վճարումներով: Տոկոսադրույքը 1.8 տոկոս է:
Վարկային միջոցները տրամադրվելու են Հայաստանի ատոմային էլեկտրակայանին և Երևան ՋԷԿ-ին: 8.5 միլիոն դոլար կտրամադրվի ատոմակայանին, որը կազմում է ընդհանուր գումարի 28.5 տոկոսը, 21.5 միլիոն դոլարն էլ կտրամադրվի Երևան ՋԷԿ-ին: Նրանք այդ գումարով վերաֆինանսավորելու են առևտրային բանկերից իրենց ներգրաված բարձր տոկոսադրույքներով վարկերը: Բացի այդ, Երևան ՋԷԿ-ը կմարի «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի հանդեպ բնական գազի իր պարտքերը:
