Շարքը կարելի է շարունակել, ինչը, իհարկե, ամենաթույլ փաստարկն են և հիմնված են գինու կարասի շուրջ վեցերորդ բաժակից սկսված հանդամիջյան տրամաբանության վրա...

Մինչդեռ այդ խոշորացում կոչվածը լավ բան է, երբ խոշորանում են համայնքները, ոչ թե դրանց պրոբլեմները:

Եթե փոքրաթիվ բնակչություն ունեցող համայնքներում միավորումը լրիվ տրամաբանական է և արդյունավետ (տեղեկանքի վազելու կամ նման գործարքները դյուրացնելու բազմաթիվ մեխանիզմներ կարելի է ներդնել, գյուղում մեկ ներկայացուցիչ պահել և այլն), ապա կայացած ստրուկտուրաներ ունեցող համայնքների դեպքում տարօրինակ է և վտանգավոր:

Դիցուք՝ Նոյեմբերյանի Կողբ և Բերդավան համայնքները մեծ բնակչությամբ, խոշորաթիվ ստրուկտուրալ կառույցներով (դպրոցներ, մանկապարտեզներ և այլն) և հետաքրքիր ձևավորված մշակութաjին առանձնահատկություններով համայնքներ են, ընդ որում, ցանկացածի միավորումը մյուսի շուրջ չի կարող խանդի տեսարանների չբերել: Այս հարցում բավականին խելամիտ են Բերդավանից վերջերս հնչող առաջարկները՝ եթե միանալ՝ ապա Նոյեմբերյան համայնքին, որը կլանելու է նախկին շրջանի համայնքների մեծ մասը: 

Տրամաբանորեն լինելու է այսպես, միավորվելու են երկու մեծ գյուղ, և համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրությունը դառնալու է թշնամության և ծայրահեղ լարվածության առիթ:

Երկու կողմերն էլ, վկայակոչելով գյուղի թասիբը, կենաց մահու պայքար են մղելու համայնքը ղեկավարելու համար, ինչը նման դեպքերում չի կարող ծայրահեղությունների չբերել: 

Այս դեպքում կա երկու լուծում՝ կամ այս երկու խոշոր համայքները ևս միավորել Նոյեմբերյան քաղաքին՝ ուժեղացնելով քաղաքը և ամբիցիաները տեղափոխել առավել մեծ հարթակ (տասնյակից ավելի գյուղեր կլանած քաղաքում ընտրությունները կդադարեն էթնիկ մարտեր լինել և կձևավորվի առավել ուժեղ և թիմային քաղաքապետական պոստ), կամ էլ այս պահին առկախել այդ երկու համայքների միավորումը՝ հետագայում խնդրի հետ վարվելով զգույշ և առավել խելամտորեն:

Ընդհանրապես, Նոյեմբերյանի համայնքների միավորումը արվեց հապճեպ և առանց մարդկանց նախապատրաստելու: Ինչ խոսք, միավորումը կունենա և իր բացասական, և դրական կողմերը, սակայն քանի դեռ անդառնալիի սահմանը չենք հատել՝ այս պահին հարկավոր է առկախել առավել սուր կետերը և անցնել առավել դիրքային և առավել դանդաղ փոփոխությունների:

Ի վերջո, բոլոր համայնքները առանձին - առանձին կերտել են տարբեր առանձնահատկություններ կրող մարդիկ և էմոցիոնալ ֆոնը ևս հասկանալի է, որովհետև համայնքների խոշորացումը ավելի շուտ բռնի տիրանալու, քան սիրով ամուսնության է նման...
