Շվեյցարիայի խորհրդարանը քվեարկեց ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու հայտը հետ կանչելու օգտին

Շվեյցարիան հետ կկանչի Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու իր խնդրագիրը, որը տրվել էր 1992 թվականին: Հունիսի 15-ին այս որոշումն է ընդունել Կանտոնների խորհուրդը՝ Շվեյցարիայի խորհրդարանի «փոքր պալատը», պաշտպանելով «մեծ պալատի»՝ Ազգային խորհրդի՝ մարտին ընդունված համանման որոշումը:

Հայտը հետ կանչելու օգտին քվեարկել է 27, դեմ՝ 13 խորհրդարանական: Ազգային խորհրդում մարտին որոշումն ընդունվել էր 126 «կողմ» ձայներով, դեմ էր արտահայտվել 46 խորհրդարանական, 18-ը ձեռնպահ էին մնացել:

Անդամակցության հայտը տրվել էր 1992 թվականի մայիսին: Սակայն գործնականում այն կորցրել էր ակտուալությունը նույն տարվա դեկտեմբերին կայացած հանրաքվեից հետո, երբ Շվեյցարիայի քաղաքացիները ձայների աննշան գերակշռությամբ դեմ արտահայտվեցին Եվրոպական տնտեսական տարածքին երկրի միանալուն, որը ներկայում ներառում է ԵՄ-ի բոլոր երկրները եւ Ազատ առեւտրի եվրոպական ասոցացիայի չորս երկրներից երեքը:

«Անվտանգություն-2016» ամենամյա սոցիոլոգիական հետազոտության՝ մայիսի վերջին հրապարակված արդյունքների համաձայն, Շվեյցարիայի քաղաքացիները բարձր են գնահատում իրենց երկրի անկախ տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը եւ չեն ցանկանում անդամակցել Եվրամիությանը: 2015 թվականի համեմատությամբ ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու կողմնակիցների թիվը 21 տոկոսից նվազել է մինչեւ 16 տոկոս: Միաժամանակ շատ բարձր է մնում քաղաքացիների կողմից Շվեյցարիայի չեզոք կարգավիճակի աջակցման մակարդակը՝ կազմելով 95 տոկոս, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:
