Այսօր` օգոստոսի 13-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում: Ժամը 08:40-ի սահմաններում պարսկական համարանիշներով բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Երևան-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհի 66-րդ կմ հատվածում` Երասխի «կալցեվոյի» մոտ, բախվել է 7 ավտոմեքենայի:
Ինչպես վթարի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, բախման հետևանքով մի քանի ավտոմեքենաներ այրվել և վերածվել են մոխրակույտի, մի քանի ավտեմեքենաներ էլ վերածվել են մետաղի ջարդոնի:
Օպերատիվորեն են գործել Տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Արարատի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության Արարարատի և Վեդիի թիվ 26, 28 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատները` մարզի փրկարարական վարչության պետ Մուրադ Մարգարյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել է նաև ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը` բաժնի պետ Սևան Քոչարյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի մահացել է, ով տղամարդ էր, իսկ 9 հոգու տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով օպերատիվորեն վթարի վայր ժամանած Արարատի, Վեդիի շտապօգնության բրիգադները տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերելուց հետո տեղափոխվել են Արարատի և Վեդիի հիվանդանոցներ:
Վիրավորներին առաջինը օգնության են հասել վթարի հարևանությամբ գործող խանութների և գազալցակայանի աշխատակիցները:
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ, Արարատի մարզպետ Ռուբիկ Աբրահամյանի հանձնարարականով դեպքի վայր են ժամանել մարզպետարանի համապատասխան կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները` փոխմարզպետ Աշոտ Մուրադյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ժամանել են նաև Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի աշխատակիցները` գումարտակի հրամանատար Արամ Գալստյանի, հրամանատարի տեղակալ Սամսոն Սարգսյանի և վաշտի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Յուրիկ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Այս պահին նշված դեպքի վայրի տեղազննման աշխատանքներ են կատարում Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությոան մեծ թվով քննիչներ` ավագ քննիչ Սասուն Զոհրաբյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ արդեն հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:
Տեղում այս պահին ճանապարհային ոստիկանների հետ աշխատում են ոստիկանության Արարատի և Վեդիի բաժնի աշխատակիցները, որպեսազի խցանում տեղի չունենա:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են պարսիկ վարորդի, վթարված ավտոմեքենաների վարորդների, մահացածի և վիրավորների ինքնությունը:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
