Դեմիրթաշի և Քըլըչդարօղլուի դեմ դատական հայցերը ներկայացվել են Անկարայի գլխավոր դատախազություն

Թուրքիայի արդարադատության նախարարությունը Անկարայի գլխավոր դատախազությանն է ուղարկել մեջլիսի` անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկված 11 պատգամավորների դեմ պատրաստված փաստաթղթերի ծրարը: Պատգամավորների թվում են նաև ընդդիմադիր քեմալական Հանրապետական ժողովրդական կուսակցության առաջնորդ Քեմալ Քըլըչդարօղլուի և քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության համանախագահ Սելահաթթին Դեմիրթաշի գործեր ը: Այդպիսով, նրանց դեմ դատական գործընթաց է սկսվել: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությունը:
Գլխավոր դատախազություն հասած գործերում պատգամավորները մեղադրվում են Թուրքիայի քրեական օրենսգրքի 299-րդ («Վիրավորանք նախագահի հասցեին») և տխրահռչակ 301-րդ («Թուրք ազգը, Թուրքիայի հանրապետությունը, Թուրքիայի Ազգային մեծ ժողովը, Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը և պետական դատական մարմինները հրապարակայնորեն նվաստացնելու») հոդվածներով:
Գլխավոր դատախազությունն ամեն զեկույցի հիման վրա առանձին հետաքննություն է սկսելու: Այն պատգամավորները, ում անձեռնմխելիությունը վերացվել է, շարունակելու են իրենց գործունեությունը խորհրդարանում մինչև դատի ավարտը:
Թուրքիայի ազգային մեծ ժողովում մայիսի 20-ին քվեարկության միջոցով ընդունվել է սահմանադրական փոփոխության առաջարկը, որով նախատեսվում է անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկել այն պատգամավորներին, ում գործով դատական մարմինների կողմից հետաքննություն է անցկացվում: Հունիսի 8-ին Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը ստորագրել է պատգամավորներին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու մասին օրինագիծը:
