ՀՀ խմելու ջրի համակարգերը մեկ վարձակալի հանձնելու մրցույթի հայտերի ընդունումն ավարտվել է

ՀՀ խմելու ջրի համակարգերը մեկ վարձակալի հանձնելու մրցույթի հայտերի ընդունումն ավարտվել է: Սահմանված վերջնաժամկետին ընդառաջ՝ պատշաճ մրցութային փաթեթներ էին ներկայացրել նախաորակավորման փուլ անցած երկու ընկերություններ՝ «Էյ-ի-Ջի Սերվիս» ՍՊԸ, «Դեկոն Ինտերնացիոնալ», « ՋիԷմբի Էյչ», «ԿՈՆՍՈՒԼԱԿՎԱ Համբուրգ Եղաթունգսգեզելշաֆթ ԷմբիԷյչ», «ԵՎՐԱՎԱՍԵՐ» կոնսորցիումը և «ՎԵՈԼԻԱ Օ – ԿՈՄՊԱՆԻԱ ԺԵՆԵՐԱԼ ԴԵԶ Օ ԿԲԸ» ընկերությունները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
ՀՀ ԳՆ Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեում հայտերի ընդունման և գույքագրման ժամանակ կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը հյուրերին ներկայացրեց գնահատման գործընթացը: «Մենք պլանավորում ենք 15 - 20 օրվա ընթացքում իրականացնել հայտերի տեխնիկական առաջարկների գնահատում: Գնահատման երկրորդ փուլ կանցնեն տեխնիկական առաջարկի համար նախատեսված 100 միավորից նվազագույնը 75 միավոր վաստակած հայտատուները: Դրան կհաջորդի ֆինանսական առաջարկների բացումը: Այդ մասին ձեզ կտեղեկացվի նախապես, որպեսզի ձեր ներկայացուցիչները ներկա լինեն ֆինասական հայտերի բացման արարողությանը ևս»,- ասաց Ա. Հարությունյանը:
Ըստ ընթացակարգի՝ ֆինանսական առաջարկների գնահատման համար նույնպես նախատեսվում է 15-20 օր ժամանակ: Այդ փուլի ավարտից հետո ՋՏՊԿ-ի գնահատող հանձնաժողովը կճանաչի մրցույթում հաղթած ընկերություն, որի հետ, ըստ անհարժեշտության, կվարվեն պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ բանակցությունները:
Նշենք, որ պետական-մասնավոր գործընկերության շրջանակներում խմելու ջրի համակարգերը մեկ վարձակալի հանձնելու մրցույթի նախաորակավորման փուլում ՋՏՊԿ-ի գնահատող հանձնաժողովի կողմից որակավորվել էր 4 ընկերություն: 2016 թ. մարտի 31-ին դրանց ուղարկվել էր մրցութային փաստաթղթերը: Մրցույթի պատշաճ կազմակերպման նպատակով ՋՏՊԿ-ն խորհրդատվական ընկերության միջոցով կազմակերպել է նախամրցութային հանդիպում, կոմիտեում բացվել է տեղեկությունների սենյակ, ժամանակին տրամադրվել են անհրաժեշտ պարզաբանումներ, տարածքներ այցելելու թույլտվություն:
Հանդիպման ավարտին հայտատու ընկերությունների կողմից ներկայացված Ֆինանսական առաջարկների ծրարները տեղադրվեցին համապատասխան պահոցում, որն ի պահ է տրվելու «Անելիք Բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ում: Այս ընթացակարգը վերահսկվեց և արձանագրվեց հայտատու ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից:
Ա. Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ գնման ընթացակարգի արդյունքները և կնքվելիք պայմանագրի նախագիծը կներկայացվեն ՀՀ կառավարության հաստատմանը:
