Սեյրան Օհանյանը և Սերգեյ Շոյգուն քննարկել են ռազմատեխնիկական գործակցության ընդլայնման հարցը

 ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը հունիսի 15-ին մասնակցել է Մոսկվայում կայացած ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների պաշտպանության նախարարների խորհրդի (ԱՊՀ ՊՆԽ) հերթական նիստին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

ԱՊՀ-ի ՊՆԽ նիստի օրակարգի համաձայն դիտարկվել է շուրջ 20 հարց` բազմակողմ ռազմական համագործակցության հետագա կատարելագործման  ուղղությամբ:

ԱՊՀ պաշտպանության նախարարների խորհուրդը հաստատել է մինչև 2020թ. ռազմական համագործակցության հայեցակարգի իրականացման հիմնական ուղղություններն ու միջոցառումները, քննարկել և առաջարկել է ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի դիտարկմանը ներկայացնել օդատիեզերային պաշտպանության հայեցակարգի նախագիծը:

Նախանշվել են ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների զինված ուժերի 2017թ. համատեղ միջոցառումները, այդ թվում նաև զինծառայողների դաշտային (օդային, ծովային) հմտությունների կատարելագործմանն ուղղված միջազգային բանակային մրցումների կազմակերպման և միջազգային բանակային խաղերի ասոցիացիայի ստեղծման մասին: Քննարկվել են ռազմական կրթության, պետական գաղտնիքի պաշտպանության, ՌՔԿՊ, թռիչքների անվտանգության ապահովման և այլ ոլորտների զարգացմանն ուղղված հարցեր:

ԱՊՀ ՊՆԽ նիստի շրջանակներում նույն օրը կայացել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի առանձնազրույցը ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար, բանակի գեներալ Սերգեյ Շոյգուի հետ: Երկու երկրների պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները քննարկել են պաշտպանության ոլորտում համագործակցության ամրապնդման, ռազմատեխնիկական գործակցության ընդլայնման, ինչպես նաև երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն  ներկայացնող հարցեր՝ միտված ռազմավարական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների հետագա խորացմանը:
