Ինչպես արդեն հայտնի է հունիսի 19-ին տեղի կունենա Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպումը: Բնականաբար բոլորն էլ կանխատեսել էին, որ այն կանցնի ՌԴ հովանու ներքո, այդպես էլ ծրագրված է: Սակայն այդ ամենից զատ, այսինքն թե ինչ կքննարկվի, ինչ փոխզիջումների մասին համաձայնության կգան նախագահները, մի շատ ոչ պատահական «ակցիա» է իրականացվել Ադրբեջանում: Մեհրիբան Ալիևայի նախաձեռնությամբ մոտակա 4 ամիսների ընթացքում ամունիստիայիարդյուքնում 3500 հանցագործ, բանտարկյալ ազատ կարձակվի: Ինչ է սա, եթե ոչ հերթական, նախազգուշական մեսիջը Հայաստանին: Ապրիլյան մարտերի ժամանակ շատ էին խոսում այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանական բանակում բացի վարձկաններից կռվում են նաև ադրբեջանցի բանտարկյալներ, ովքեր ազատ են արձակվել հենց այդ նպատակով: Հիմա, երբ ամսի 19-ին սպասվում է Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպումը, այդ ֆոնին ադրբեջանի այս քայլը ինքնին հուշում է այն մասին, որ Ալիևը զիջումների համար չէ, որ գնալու է Պետերբուրգ: Նախքան բուն թեմային անդրադառնալը հեյդարօղլին տակտիկական քայլի գնաց ցույց տալով, որ դեռ պատրաստ է «ժերտվաների» գնալ: Բանտարկյալներին ազատելով համ ժողովրդավար, հումանիստ նախագահի համբավ ձեռք բերեց, ինչը որոշ չափով կորցրել էր ապրիլյան մարտերից հետո, համ ադրբեջանական բանակը կհամալրվի 3500 բանտարկյալ-զինվորներով: Համ բանտարկյալներն են գոհ, համ նրանց հարազատները, համ էլ ալիև չելածը:
Սա Հայաստանի վրա հոգեբանական ճնշում գործադրելու միջոց է, սակայն ալֆա ոչխարը բավականաչափ հեռու լինելով բանակից, չի էլ պատկերացնում, որ այդ 3500 բանտարկյալ-զինվորները ուղղակի կենդանի թիրախներ են ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ի համար: Նման անկազմակերպ, համապատասխան պատրաստություն չանցած «զինվորներից» կազմված վաշտը կամ գունդը պատերազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում խուճապի կմատնվի և կվերածվի խուճապահար ամբողի, իսկ բանակում կարևորագույն խնդիրներից է կարգապահությունը, ինչը բավականաչափ հեռու է հանցագործ աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներից: Բացի դա հանցագործ զինվոր ունենալը դա վտանգավոր է նաև հենց տվյալ երկրի բանակի համար, սովետական «գողական» բարքերը բանակում վնասից բացի ոչինչ չեն տա, էլ զինվորի նվաստացումներ, էլ անհավասար պայմանների դրսևորումներ և յալն: Սա իհարկե տարբերակ է, թե ինչի հենց հիմա ազատ արձակվեցին այդ 3500 բանտարկյալները:
