ՀՀ դեսպանը Ֆիլիպինների խորհրդարանում ներկայացրել է ապրիլի սկզբին Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի հետևանքները

Վիետնամում ՀՀ դեդպան Ռաիսա Վարդանյանը հունիսի 12-ին աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Ֆիլիպինների Հանրապետություն, որի շրջանակներում ՀՀ դեսպանը հանդիպել է երկրի նախագահ Բենինյո Ակուինոյին հետ: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնու թյան հետ կապի վարչությունից, զրույցի ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են երկկողմ օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր և տարբեր բնագավառներում հարաբերությունների զարգացման հեռանկարները:

Դեսպանը նախագահ Ակուինոյին փոխանցել է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձը` Ֆիլիպինների անկախության տոնի առթիվ: Նախագահ Բենինյո Ակուինոն, իր հերթին, ողջույններ ու բարեմաղթանքներ է փոխանցել ՀՀ Նախագահին և հայ ժողովրդին:

Նույն օրը դեսպան Վարդանյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Ֆիլիպինների սենատի նախագահ Ֆրենկլին Մ.Դրիլոնի եւ խորհրդարանի ներկայացուցիչների պալատի նախագահ Ֆելիսիանո Բելմոնտեի հետ:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կարևորվել է երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության զարգացման համար առկա ներուժի կիրառումը և այդ գործում խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության կարևոր դերը:

Դեսպան Վարդանյանը իր զրուցակիցներին ներկայացրել է ապրիլի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի նկատմամբ սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի արդյունքում ստեղծված իրավիճակը և ԼՂ հիմնահարցի բանակցային գործընթացի վերջին զարգացումները: Այս համատեքստում Ֆիլիպինների սենատի նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ ԼՂ հիմնահարցը պետք է լուծվի բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով՝ միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի ու սկզբունքների հիման վրա:

Դեսպանը նաև անդրադարձել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչմանը, ներկայացրել ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի դիվանագիտության կողմից ձեռնարկվող ջանքերը:

Այցի շրջանակներում դեսպան Վարդանյանը նաև հանդիպել է Ֆիլիպինների ԱԳ նախարար Խոսե Ռենե Ալմենդրասի հետ: Քննարկվել է երկկողմ օրակարգի հարցերի լայն շրջանակ, մասնավորապես, փոխշահավետ տնտեսական կապերի խորացման, իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ընդլայնման, երկու երկրների ԱԳՆ-ների միջև խորհրդատվություններ անցկացման կարևորության վերաբերյալ: Նախարար Ալմենդրասը հաստատել է Ֆիլիպինների պատրաստակամությունը՝ Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների բոլոր բնագավառներում համագործակցությունը սերտացնելու ուղղությամբ:
