Կառավարության վաղվա նիստի օրակարգում ներառված է Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան համայնքի վարչական տարածքներում քիմիական արդյունաբերության բնագավառում թույլատրելի գործունեության տեսակների ցանկի ներկայացումը: Մասնավորապես, ըստ նախագծի, կթույլատրվի զբաղվել միայն օճառի, օծանելիքի ու կոսմետիկ միջոցների արտադրությամբ:
 
Դիլիջանը կրթամշակութային միջազգային կենտրոն դարձնելու նպատակով նախատեսվում է Դիլիջանում ձեւավորել քաղաքաշինական եւ ճարտարապետական սկզբունքներին համապատասխան, պատմամշակութային արժեքների պահպանմամբ, առողջ եւ գրավիչ միջավայր, որի արդյունքում կստեղծվի ներդրումների համար բարենպաստ պայմաններ: Տարածաշրջանի բնության եւ շրջակա միջավայրի վրա բացասական ազդեցություն ունեցող արտադրությունները բացառելու նպատակով նախատեսվում է Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան համայնքի վարչական եւ «Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկի տարածքներում սահմանափակել քիմիական արդյունաբերության բնագավառում թույլատրելի գործունեության տեսակները, որի նպատակով մշակվել է այս նախագիծը: Նախագիծը մշակվել է Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության կողմից, այն կառավարությանը կներկայացնի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:: «Օճառի արտադրության մեջ բացակայում են վտանգավոր նյութերի եւ թափոնների առկայությունը, իսկ արտադրական գործընթացն իրականացվում է փակ ցիկլով, որի արդյունքում թափոններ չեն առաջանում: Օծանելիքի եւ կոսմետիկական միջոցների արտադրությունը կազմում է դեղագործական արդյունաբերության բաղկացուցիչ մաս, որտեղ բացակայում են վտանգավոր լուծիչները, իսկ արտադրանքը թողարկվում է ջրային հիմքի վրա, որն ինքնին անվտանգ է»,- նշված է նախագծի մեջ:
 
Նշված գործունեության տեսակների թույլտվությունը հնարավորություն կտա մի կողմից՝ բացառել Դիլիջան համայնքի վարչական տարածքներում քիմիական արդյունաբերության այն գործունեության տեսակները, որոնք կարող են վտանգել հանրության համար առավել բարենպաստ շրջակա միջավայր ստեղծելու գործընթացին, մյուս կողմից՝ թույլատրվող գործունեության տեսակների միջոցով ստեղծել աշխատատեղեր համայնքի բնակիչների համար:
