Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նոր հարկային օրենսգիրքը՝ սոցիալական խնդիրները սրելու և կոռուպցիան ու ստվերը մեր երկրում մեծացնելու նախաձեռունություն է։ Պարզ է, որ այն չի լուծելու հարկային դաշտ մտնել խուսափող գործատուների՝ սեփական աշխատողների աշխատավարձերի հայտարարգրման հարցը, ավելին սրանից հետո գործատուներն ավելի մեծ եռանդով և զգուշավորությամբ են ձգտելու թաքցնել իրենց աշխատավարձերի իրական թիվն ու գրանցել աշխատողներին։ 
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերվում է մոնոպոլիաներին, այս մասին խոսելը նույնիսկ ծիծաղելի է. միայն մեր իշխանությունը կարող էր լուրջ դեմքով խոսել մենաշնորհներ փնտրել-գտնելու և դրանց հարկային դաշտ բերելու խնդրի մասին, երբ այդ բոլոր մենատերերը կամ իրենց թիմից են, կամ հենց իրենք են։ Ինչևէ սա էլ մի կողմ։
Հիմա հասկանանք ինչ են ուզում մեր ղեկարաները։ Բանն այն է, որ մեր երկրում օրենսդիր մարմինն իր խորհրադարանակ մեծամասնությամբ դարձել է մի կառույց, որը կատարում է կառավարության պատվերները, այսինքն կառավարությունը մշակում է իշխող թիմի ալան-թալանը դյուրացնող օրենքներ, ներկայացնում դրանք խորհրդարան, որտեղ էլ մեծամասնությանը հասնում է պարզապես կոճակ սեղմնել, և հարցը լուծված է։ Իսկ թե քանի օրենսդարական նախագիծ են մշակել իրենք պատգամավորները, կարելի է հաշվել մատների վրա, մեկ ձեռքի մատներն էլ շատ են հաշվելու համար խորհրադարանակ ուժերի ներկայացրած և վավերացված օրենքները։ 
Հիմա պատվեր կատարող ԱԺ-ից անցնենք բյուջեն խեղճ ու կրակ ժողովրդին կեղեքելու միջոցով լցնելու խնդիր ունեցող կառավարությանը։ Դե փող չկա, բոլորը միջոցները յուրացվել են, իրենց մենատերեն էլ հոմ բյուջե լցենլու համար չեն մենատեր, իսկ պետությունը յոլլա տանելու համար փող է, որը կքերեն ժողովրդից։
