Հայկական կողմը հետևողական է ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում հետաքննության մեխանիզմներ ներդնելու հարցում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը` անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահների սպասվող հանդիպմանը և ղարբաղյան խնդրի շուրջ ստեղծված ի րավիճակին:

«Վիեննայում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններիկատարման ուղղությամբ, կարծես թե, որոշ աշխատանքներ են տարվում: Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը Անջեյ Կասպշիկի ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպմանը քննարկել է ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի հնարավորությունների մեծացման հարցը: Եղել են հանդիպումներ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հետ, որոնց ընթացքում, վստահ եմ, որ դարձյալ եղել է որոշակի առաջընթաց հետաքննության մեխանիզմներ ներդնելու հարցում: Համենայն դեպս, հայկական կողմը հետևողական է և ամեն ինչ անում է, որպեսզի այդ մեխանիզմները ներդրվեն, և սահմանին իրավիճակը վերահսկելի դառնա նաև միջազգային հանրության կողմից»,-ասաց Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:

Երկրորդ կարևոր խնդիրը, ըստ քաղաքագետի, այն է, որ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը «Deutsche welle»-ին տված հարցազրույցում նշում էր, որ միջնորդ երկրները պետք է ավելի մեծ ջանքեր գործարդեն Ադրբեջանին ռազմական ագրեսիայից հետ պահելու համար: Տեսանք, որ Վիեննայում հանդիպումը տեղի ունեցավ միջնորդ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների մասնակցությամբ, այսինքն` ներգրավվածության աստիճանը, ըստ քաղաքագետի, բավական մեծացել էր: Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահների առաջիկա հանդիպման հետ կապված էլ տեղեկատվություն կա այն մասին, որ այն կայանալու է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի մասնակցությամբ: Հրանտ Մելիք- Շահնազարյանը նշեց, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի` Ադրբեջանին զսպելու հարցում հետևողական լինելու, մեծ ջանքեր գործադրելու կոչը, ըստ էության, աշխատում է:

«Սա կարևոր է, որովհետև մինչ այդ Ադրբեջանին զսպելու միջազգային գործոնը չէր աշխատում, հիմա դա վերականգնվում է, պաշտոնական Երևանի կողմից դիվանագիտական քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում խաղաղությունը քաղաքական ճանապարհով ապահովելու համար: Այն, որ այդքան բարձր մակարդակով արագ հանդիպումներ են կազմակերպում, դա ուղղված է Ադրբեջանին զսպելուն»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահազարյանը նշեց, որ բանակցությունները վերսկելու մասին խոսք դեռ չկա, միջնորդ երկրների հայտարարությունները վկայում են այն մասին, որ հիմա խոսվում է բանակցությունների նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ իրականցնելու մասին:
