Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ամսի 19-ին Բաքվում կավարտվի Ֆորմուլա 1-ի մրցաշարը։ Զուգադիպություն չեմ համարում այն, որ վերջին օրերին սահմանին հարաբերական անդորր է, ոչ էլ այն, որ Պետերբուրգում կայանալիք Պուտին-Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպումը ուզում են կազմակերպել մրցաշարի ավարտի հենց հաջորդ օրը։
Իհարկե բարդ է միանշանակորեն պնդել, որ շփման գծում իրավիճակի դեէսկալացիան մեծամասամբ հենց այս մրցաշարով էր պայմանավորված, բայց նման պնդում անելու համար հիմքեր կան։ Ու ամսի 19-ից հետո բախտորոշ դառնալու է հենց նախագահների հանդիպումը, սակայն խնդիրը նրանում է, որ Արցախի Գորդյան հանգույցը կտրելու ապրիլյան փորձից հետո, Ալիևը իրավիճակը հասցրեց մի կետի, երբ խաղաղ ճանապարհով և փոխզիջումներով տարբերակները այլևս չեն դիտարկվում որպես հնարավոր՝ ո՛չ հայակական, ոչ էլ արդբեջամնական հանրությունների կողմից, և եթե մի կողմ դնենք դիվանագիտական ու քաղաքական շղարշը, ապա երկու երկրներում էլ շարքային քաղաքացուց մինչև նախագահ գիտակցում են լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմի վերսկսման անխուսափելիությունը։
Այս բանակցություններում ամենաբարդը Ռուսաստանի համար է լինելու, որովհետև ինչ-որ առումով, այս փուլում նոր պատերազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման մեջ ամենաքիչ շահագրգռվածը հենց Ռուսաստանն է, բայց որքան էլ մեծ լինի Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը Հայաստանի վրա ու որքան էլ մեծ լինի Ադրբեջանի ցանկությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ հակադիր ճամբարներում դեռ չհայտնվելու հարցում, ակնհայտ է, որ մինչապրիլյան փոփոխականները այլևս ակտուալ չեն։ Համենայն դեպս, ոչ այնքան, որ բավարար լինեն, որ միայն դրանցով զսպաշապիկներ հագցնել կողմերին։
Ու հենց այստեղ էլ Ռուսաստանի հիմնական մարտահրավերն է թաքնված․ ինչպե՞ս անել, որպեսզի ցանկանալով պահպանել ստատուս քվոն և հարաբերական խաղաղությունը՝ Ռուսաստանը չկորցնի Հայաստանին, կամ էլ Ադրբեջանին և հնարավոր է նաև՝ երկու երկրներին էլ, որովհետև աշխարհաքաղաքական մանյովրի շա՜տ նեղ կածան է, որից աննշան շեղումը հղի է լուրջ հետևանքներով։
Այսպիսով․ հունիսի 20-ին պարզ կդառնա, թե որքան ժամանակ մնաց հարաբերական անդորրին ու որքանով են դասեր քաղել ապրիլից Հայասանում, Ադրբեջանում և Ռուսաստանում։
