Ռուս-թուրքական սիլիբին սկսվեց։
Ռուսաստանի օրվա առթիվ Էրդողանի՝ Պուտինին գրված շնորհավորական նամակը բացասական արձագանքի է արժանացել Թուրքիայում։ Նախ Էրդողանի այս քայլը և նախկինում էլ Պուտինի հետ խոցված ինքնաթիռի դեպքից հետո երկխոսության եզրեր փնտրելու փորձերը ևս մեկ անգամ գալիս են փաստելու հենց իրեն թուրքական պետությանը, որ նա դեռ շատ հեռու է տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային քաղաքական ինքնուրույն և անկախ սուբյեկտ լինելուց, և ինքնուրույն թուրքական աշխարհաքաղաքական ծիրը որ այլ ինչ է քան պատրանք։ 
Նախ, նկատենք, որ Պուտինին ուղված այս նամակը տառացիորեն հաջորդեց Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղսապանության ճանաչման բանաձևին և դրա արդյունքում փախստականների վերաբերյալ ԵՄ-Թուրքիա համաձայնագրի կքման հետաձգմանն ու անհայտ չակատագրին, իսկ որոշ ժամանակ առաջ նաև Բրիտանիայի վարչապետի՝ Թուրքիայի ԵՄ անդամակցության մասով հեգնական հայտարարությունը, որ այս երկիրը ԵՄ կմտնի միայն 3000 տարի անց։ 
Ինչ է նշանակում, որ Էրդողանը, որը տարածաշրջանային մի շարք խաղերում ձախողվելուց հետո, աստիճանաբար կորցնում է նաև Արևմուտքի աջակցությունը։ Եվ հենց այս հանգամանքն է ստիպում Թուրքիային դեմքով շրջվել դեպի մեկ այլ գերտերություն՝ այս դեպքում ՌԴ։ 
Բայց, մի բան պետք է նաև նկատի ունենանք, որ մենք մշտապես տուժել ենք թե ռուս-թուրքական գժտություններից, թե մերձեցումներից։ Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի համատեքստում ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը, որն ի դեպ, մինչև նախորդ տարվա աշուն մշտապես հիմնված է եղել փոխադարձ շահերի վրա, կարող է աշխատել հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի և ի վնաս մեզ։
