««ՉԻ» տեղեկություններով՝ Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղում ճգնաժամը գնալով խորանում է, մեկը մյուսի հետևից դատարանում հայցեր են ներկայացվում երբեմնի հարուստ ընկերության դեմ, դրանից բացի՝ յուրացումների, պաշտոնական դիրքը չարաշահելու ահազանգերով էլ զբաղվում են իրավապահները։

Օրինակ՝ այժմ իրավապահները քննում են «ԱՄԳրուպ» կազմակերպության բողոքը՝ կապված վագոնների առքուվաճառքի, վերանորոգման հարցերում մոտ 40-50 մլն դրամ յուրացումների մասին։ «ՉԻ» լավատեղյակ աղբյուրներից հայտնի է դարձել, որ գործով մի շարք անձինք են հարցաքննվել. կողմերից բազմաթիվ փաստաթղթեր են պահանջել և այժմ դրանք մանրազնին քննում են։ Ի դեպ, չի բացառվում, որ այս գործով առաջիկայում հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ լինեն։

Իսկ մինչ այդ ՀԿԵ-ում սկսված թալանը շարունակվում է հաշվի առնելով նախորդ անգամ մեր հրապարակումների բուռն  արձագանքը  և  զարգացումները՝ աշխատակիցների խոսքերով իրենց ոչինչ չի մնում անել, քան դիմել մամուլի օգնությանը։ ՀԿԵ աշխատակիցը, ով հասկանալի պատճառներով չի ցանկանում բացահայտել իր անձը, ներկայացնում է ընդամենը մի քանի դրվագ երկաթուղում ձևավորված կլանների և իրականացվող ալան-թալանի մասին։

Եվ այսպես, աշխատակիցը հարց է բարձրացնում ինչու՞ է լրատվամիջոցներին քաջածանոթ, ՀԿԵ տնօրենի ֆինանսական գծով տեղակալ Իլյա Կելպերիսին դեռևս 2010 թվականին Արամի 48 հասցեում ձեռք բերել բնակարան, սակայն մինչև օրս բնակվում է երկաթուղու կողմից վարձակալված և ամսական մոտ 600 հազար դրամ արժեցող բնակարանում։
