ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը հունիսի 14-ին ընդունել է Նոտարիատի միջազգային միության նախագահ Դանիել-Սեդար Սենգորին և Նոտարիատի միջազգային միության եվրոպական հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Պիեռ Բեքեին:

Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը կարևորել է հյուրերի՝ ՀՀ նոտարական պալատի հրավերով Հայաստան կատարած այցը և ընդգծել, որ ՀՀ նոտարական պալատի և Նոտարիատի միջազգային միության հետ համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու մեծ ներուժ կա:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Դանիել-Սեդար Սենգորը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել արդարադատության նախարարին ընդունելության համար, կարևորել Արդարադատության նախարարության դերը ՀՀ-ում նոտարական համակարգի զարգացման համատեքստում և փոխգործակցության խորացման պատրաստակամություն հայտնել:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձել են նոտարի կողմից իր ծառայողական պարտականությունների խախտման հետևանքով պատճառված վնասի համար պետության պատասխանատվություն կրելու մեխանիզմների միջազգային լավագույն փորձին, նոտարի կողմից անզգուշությամբ կամ դիտավորությամբ թույլ տրված խախտումների դեպքում նոտարի գույքային պատասխանատվությանը և այլ հարցերի:

Արդարադատության նախարարն ու Նոտարիատի միջազգային միության նախագահը քննարկել են նաև Նոտարիատի միջազգային միության առաջիկա համաժողովը Հայաստանում անցկացնելու հնարավորությունը:
