Աժ-ում այսօր վերջապես քննարկման դրվեց ՀՀ և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի միջև ստորագրված «ՀՀ Մ6 միջպետական ճանապարհ» ֆինանսական պայմանագիրը: Հիմնական զեկուցող` Տրանսպորտի և կապի փոխնախարար Արթուր Առաքելյանը նշեց, որ Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի և մինչև սահման ուղղությամբ ճանապարհահատվածը կարդիականացվի, շինարարական աշխատանքները կտևեն երեք տարի: Վերջապես, քանի որ Լոռվա այդ տարածաշրջանի բնակիչները շունչները պահած սպանում են աշխատանքների մեկարկին, քանզի այդ ճանապարհահատվածում ներկայումս երթևեկն ուղղակի էքստրիմ է:

Ծրագրով կվերանորոգվեն այդ հատվածի վտանգավոր թունելները, ինչն այս աշխատանքների մեխերից մեկն է: Ուղղակի պետք է նշել, որ թունելներն ընդհանրապես հեռու են միջազգային չափանիշներից: Նախատեսվում է հիշյալ հատվածում երթևեկելի գոտու լայնացում՝ եռաշերտ ճանապարհ: Փոխնախարարի խոսքով՝ բարձրակարգ ճանապարհ է լինելու, եթե ոչ առաջին կատեգորիայի, ապա երկրորդ կատեգորիայի ճանապարհ կառուցելու հնարավորություն է ընձեռվում:

Ըստ պայմանագրի` ՀՀ-ին տրամադրվել է 51.000.000 եվրո գումարի չափով փոխառություն Մ6 միջպետական ճանապարհի՝ Վանաձորի և Բագրատաշեն միջև ընկած մոտ 90 կմ երկարությաբ հատվածի վերականգնման և արդիականցման նպատակով: 
Այս ճանապարհի տնտեսական նշանակությունը ստրատեգիական է, այն հանդիսանում է ռեզերվային հատված Հյուսիս-հարավի համար: Ճանապարհը կարևոր է նաև այն առումով, որ ՀՀ մտնող բեռնատարների 60 տոկոսը նախապատվությունը տալիս է հենց այս հատվածին՝ չնայած ռելիեֆային անհարմար պայմաններին: Պետք է նշեմ նաև, որ օրական այս հատվածով 2500-3000 մեքենա է անցնում, և այն իրականում տնտեսապես կարևոր հանգույց է:

Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի ճանապարհահատվածը, ինչպես նշեցի, ունի բարդ ռելիեֆային կառուցվածք, նախատեսվում է 33 կմ արգելապատնեշ տեղադրել, որպեսզի հնարավորինս ուղղվեն վտանգավոր հատվածները և կանխվեն հնարավոր խնդիրները:
Ճանապարհները երկրի այցեքարտն են, երկիր մտնող յուրաքնաչյուր անձ իր կարծիքը կազմում է պետության կոմունիկատիվ համակարգից:

Նշեմ նաև, որ ճանապարհի շինաշխատանքները հիմնականում պետք է իրականացնեն տեղացի աշխատուժի միջոցով, կներգրավվի մոտ 300 մարդ:

Պետք է փաստել, որ ճանապարհային հատվածի փակման ընթացքում երթևկությունը կաթվածահար չի լինի. Ստեփանավան-Օձուն շրջանցիկ երթուղին կարող է ծառայել հանրությանը:

Հ.գ. Ճանապարհը ամբողջովին փակ կլինի մոտավորապես 12-14 ամիս:
