Tert.am Youth-ն անդրադարձել է աղջիկների սեզոնային պահանջին` ոտքերի խնամքին: Կանանց մեծամասնությունը սափրում են ոտքերը: Սկսենք  նրանից, թե ինչպե՞ս է պետք սափրել ոտքերը:Հատուկ կանանց համար ստեղծվել են սափրիչներ` փափուկ գծերով, գելային բարձիկներով, սառեցնող էֆեկտով կամ բուսական, հանգստացնող էկստարկտներով: Բայցևայնպես, եթե խնամքի բոլոր փուլերին չեք հետևում մաշկը կարմրում  և դառնում է անհարթ: Եկեք միասին հասկանանք. արդյո՞ք ճիշտ փուլերով եք սափրում ոտքերը:

Ինչի՞ց է պետք սկսել:

Ցանկալի է սափրել առավոտյան։ Առավոտյան մաշկն ավելի ձիգ և առաձգական է, ինչը ենթադրում է, որ այն վնասելու հավանականությունն ավելի քիչ է քան` երեկոյան:

Նախքան սափրելը` գոլորշիացնել մաշկը: Մինչ սափրելը հարկ է ոտքերը տաք ջրում պահել կամ գոլորշիով խոնավեցնել, որպեսզի մազերն ավելի փափուկ դառնան, մաշկը առաձգական և սափրելն ավելի դյուրին դառնա:

Պետք է գտագործել միայն սափրելու համար նախատեսված գել կամ փրփուր:Աղջիկներից շատերը ոտքերը սափրելու համար օգտագործում են մարմնի գել կամ ձեռքի տակ ունեցած շամպույն, որը մեծ սխալ է: Միայն սափրելու համար նախատեսված գելերն ու փրփուրներն են, որ առավելապես  մշակում են մաշկն ու մազերը: Բացի այդ, սափրելու գործընթացն է հեշտանում և հանգստացնում է գրգռված մաշկը:

 

Սափրել  պետք  մազի աճի ուղղությամբ` այլ ոչ թե հակառակը։ Առաջին հայացքից անտրամաբանական է թվում, բայց մազերի ուղղությամբ սափրումը թույլ է տալիս, որպեսզի  հետագայում մազերը չներաճեն :Հակառակ ուղղությամբ սափրելու դեպքում վնսվում է մազարմատը:

Անգամ, եթե հետևեք  նշված բոլոր ցուցումներին միևնույն է մաշկը գրգռվում է և այն պետք է խնամել: Սափրելուց հետո հարկ է մաշկը պատել  սառեցնող քսուկով կամ հատուկ կրեմներ օգտագործել, որոնք նախատեսված են հենց սափրելուց հետո օգտագործելու համար: Խուսափեք սպիրտ պարունակող խնամքի միջոցներից, որը կկարմրեցնի ու քոր կառաջացնի:
