Ռուսաստանն ու ԱՊՀ-ն նվազեցրել են Հայաստան ուղարկվող մարդասիրական օգնության ծավալները

Ըստ ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի տրամադրած բեռնամաքսային հայտարարագրերի տվյալների՝ այս տարվա հունվար-ապրիլին մարդասիրական օգնության կարգով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն է ներմուծվել 499 տոննա ապրանք, որի արժեքը կազմել է 7 միլիարդ 363 միլիոն 600 հազար դրամ:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության կայքից, ստացված օգնության 66.7 տոկոսը կազմել են քիմիայի եւ դրա հետ կապված արդյունաբերության ճյուղերի արտադրանքը, 14.2 տոկոսը՝ մանածագործական իրերը, 5.0 տոկոսը` տարբեր արդյունաբերական ապրանքները, 4.1 տոկոսը` մեքենաներ, սարքավորումներ եւ մեխանիզմները, 3.5 տոկոսը` քարից, գիպսից, ցեմենտից իրերը, իսկ 6.5 տոկոսը` մնացած ապրանքները:

Օգնությունը, ըստ երկրների, հետեւյալ տեսքն ունի. ամենից շատ օգնություն է հատկացրել ԱՄՆ-ն՝ երեք միլիարդ 114 միլիոն 500 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով: Այնուհետեւ Ճապոնիան եւ Չինաստանը՝ համապատասխանաբար մեկ միլիարդ 695 միլիոն 200 հազար եւ մեկ միլիարդ 165 միլիոն 500 հազար ամերիկյան դոլարի չափով:

Նշենք, որ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ կտրուկ նվազել է ԱՊՀ երկրներից ստացվող մարդասիրական օգնությունը: Եթե 2015թ. հունվար-ապրիլ ամսիներին այն կազմել է 35 հազար 900 ԱՄՆ դոլար, ապա այս տարի՝ ընդամենը 3 հազար 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Բանն այն է, որ նախորդ տարի ԱՊՀ երկրներից (առանց Ռուսաստանի) Հայաստան ուղարկված օգնությունը կազմել էր 26 հազար 400 դոլար, իսկ այս տարի այդ երկրներից օգնություն դեռեւս չի ստացվել:

Ռուսաստանն էլ իր հերթին նվազեցրել է հումանիտար օգնության ծավալները՝ նախորդ տարի նույն ժամանակահատվածում ուղարկվել է 9 հազար 500 ԱՄՆ դոլարի օգնություն, իսկ այս տարի եռակի քիչ՝ 3 հազար 100 ԱՄՆ դոլարի օգնություն:
